64-bit client CTD + mish reset; PhysX related?

Was working my way through ITF (solo) and had the following happen twice: the client CTDs (black screen first, then crash to desktop). No error message. Once happened during a big fight, another time it was just me, Romulus and his pet fuzzballs.

Found in the windows application log:

What is even more infuriating in the insult-to-injury fashion is that this crash reset the mish completely. Since the final mish of ITF has the "defeat 300 traitors" victory condition, you can imagine how frustrating it is for a solo player... plus I had put a pretty decent dent into Romulus when it happened. Kinda ready to throw the entire desktop out of the window right now TBH.
