what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Your defense numbers are somewhere between normal soft cap and incarnate soft cap, you generally want to stay either close to one or another, going higher than around 47/48% doesn't do much good for normal content. With shield you can reach 92% defense debuff resist so a few percentage points over cap should be enough, and every set you can change away from defense will give you some other benefits like hit points, resistance etc. On the other hand if you're looking for incarnate soft cap at 59%, then that would be another thing, and there you can for sure improve more but of course it also means sacrificing some things. All depends on what you want to accomplish

I don't have Pine's at work, so I can only go by the numbers I see here, but it looks like there could be some endurance issues. Without high recovery and/or extra max endurance, this thing is an endurance hog. What is the recovery and end usage?

 

I completely agree with zarzu as well. If you aren't going for Incarnate softcap, I strongly suggest lowering those defense numbers and getting more recharge, HP, regen, recovery, and max end. When I get home I can take a deeper look at it as some of my conclusions could be off since I don't have full access at the moment.

I was unaware of what the Incarnate Cap was for defenses.

 

I'm doing daily Apex and Tin Mage runs, so I imagine the incarnate Cap would be my goal.

If your work allows outside thumb drives you can install Pine's on a thumbdrive  ;D

Yeah I'd wait a solid year before attempting to piss off Boss. You're not at the soft cap yet so I don't think you can block their alpha.
