I want to make a scrapper which focuses as much as possible on AOEs while still being survivable in normal missions. So not overly specialized like a fire farmer or something. I think Spines/Rad would be nice, perhaps with the AOEs from blaze mastery or maybe mu mastery. How is melt armor? Any suggestions? I love my spines/fire brute for farming so I want to try something similar for things like radio missions and ITFs and MSRs etc but different enough to keep it interesting. Plus Radiation secondary on scrappers is known to be very survivable, so I’d like to give it a try. Also open to other suggestions as to what may make a good spines AOE & damage over time focused scrapper build. Basically I’m looking for something that would play as similarly as possible to this attached fire farmer brute build but more general purpose (but still quirky since it’s spines lol) for radios etc and with ideally with /rad instead of /fire. I don’t care about single target damage at all with this build. 🤔

Sometimes it’s helpful for my controller run ahead and debuff/mez fresh mobs (before they inevitably scatter) so they can be more easily destroyed by the rest of my team. A small handful of people have found it annoying though lol. It’s the way to go if you want to really speed through missions however.
I really hope they don’t senselessly kill off any more characters. I still think killing Statesman was kinda a bad idea. What next? Killing Ms Liberty? Yikes.
Foxy, tribute to the legendary hero Punchy. (Many variations. First one was Energy Melee/Regen PVP scrapper. Also have dark/temporal blaster, empathy/psi defender, spines/fire brute, and a few other versions.)
Message me your email address or send it to me on my in game Global @paragonaza and I can send you a folder containing all the builds I’ve collected from various people.
This is one reason why I loved Punchy. Because I saw myself in him a lot… I’m exactly that type of person too. 🤭 I really respect people who just act like themselves and don’t give a f*ck what other people think.
Please explain why it’s apparently so harmful to post in an “old” thread. I’ve been trying to comprehend this for years. Feels like nitpicking about something that really doesn’t matter to me… Yet it’s so common to see people complain about it. I don’t get it. Isn’t it a waste of space to make a new thread about an old topic if the original thread still exists? Why not keep the whole discussion in one place, rather than have tons of threads cumulating over time about the same subject…?
I worked on my dad’s cannabis farm in California for a few years. It’s very hard work. Especially such a finicky and complicated-to-grow crop such as that. It’s an art.
To be fair, egotistic sadism is the norm in this world. Most “educated” people in the modern day seem to think we’re just soulless machines and the only purpose of life is to impose our will upon each other until death. I usually expect anyone in charge of anything or with power over anyone to abuse it in some way for their own weird satisfaction. Just because they can.
That’s just my experience living on this planet, and perhaps it’s made me a bit jaded. Sorry if anyone took offense to my post. 😅
