EM is great if you love Scrappers that play like Stalkers. It has some of the worst AOE in the game.

Fire/kin controller is a classic. It’s changed a bit but still good.

Yes, we reconnected in HC, I am glad to be able to say that. She never really got to play HC as much as she wanted to though, due to her failing health. I cherish what little time we managed to have on there. Usually we would chat on discord, mostly about the game.

Kin, or KinImp3, died on August 3rd, 2025. She was the leader of Guardian's biggest Super Group, Earthclan Elite. She led many raids and task forces and other events back in the day. She taught me a lot in this game, how to farm, how to speedrun various task forces, how to build various toons. And most importantly she was my friend. Because of Kin, I main a kin with a similar build to her main. I will miss her dearly. I'm so glad we got to reconnect after 6 years. See ya on the other side. ❤️ This was the message her husband left to us in her Discord Group: Dear Friends, the writer of this message is not Kin, but her Husband. Some of you have known Kin for decades, back when she was the leader of the #1 Supergroup on Guardian, Earthclan Elite. I fought by her side through all of those halcyon days as Idun, her Second-in-Command. As many of you knew, Kin developed Cancer a little more than eight years ago. She fought it bravely for many years, and despite the ongoing battle, she drew great joy from playing with all of you here. However, there came a time when she was too weak to play, too dazed to use her Laptop or to type and speak here on Discord, and so her voice among you slowly was heard less and less, until it fell silent. I have been caring for her since then. She asked me to tell you all when her time had finally come, and I stand here before you now, carrying that ever-so-painful news. Slightly before 4 AM on Sunday, August 3, Kin passed on. She went as she had always hoped; peacefully, in her sleep. I held her in her last moments. She was a heroine from the start to the finish -- brave and composed even in the worst of situations. I am proud to have known her and loved her, and hope you all will carry on a part of her indominable spirit, that it may inspire you in whatever personal trials each of you may face in the years to come.

Undefined (tintable) is something i’ve been interested in for awhile now.

As someone who suffered through the FUBAR AH market on Live, with insanely inflated prices, hell no.

You are free to skip a power even if it doesn’t suck.

Meanwhile I’m playing an Axe/Invuln scrapper that’s borderline unplayable without fully +5 slotting everything, using psi mastery, incarnates, and accolades. 🤣

On one character I bought enough aethers for undefined plus loads of other costumes. I drove the price up to like 3 million at one point though it didnt last long. They replenish in the AH fairly quick.

Hasten and other recharge buffs are amazing for support toons, being able to buff/heal people more quickly is vital, and often what keeps you and others alive. Particularly on a Kin, where you want tons of accuracy and recharge, because technically your buffs come from enemies and they can even miss sometimes.

You could make one civilian costume power where you can change which model it uses in the power editor. Kinda like how undefined mode has red, silver, and minFX options selectable. and don’t Prismatic costumes have portraits now?? or they could bundle civilian costumes with the Hologram Matrix power, for some added value beyond just being a mere menu.

I’m desperate for them. Please. Lol. I must have the guy with the tie dye shirt and ponytail. A few others too. Make my city of civilians dream come true.

I’d be pretty pissed if everything became free actually because I worked super hard & saved billions to get undefined mode for my main. If everyone had it it wouldn’t be special anymore. I like the “generic yet unique” look of this character… technically anyone could replicate it but nobody does. I’m the only person I know of on Everlasting who actually uses this prismatic costume full-time. Its rarity makes it really novel. Without all that it would just be a green blob. apply that logic elsewhere in the game and you’ll see why making things free is a bad idea. It would devalue everything & ultimately the game itself. I am in favor of an optional “creative mode” server though perhaps.

I much prefer the AH how it is now versus on Live. The prices were so high on Live that it kinda sucked. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Making all items free would kinda ruin COH though. No sense of reward or effort. I think the AH is perfect in HC. Still rewarding but not overwhelmingly expensive and frustrating like it was on Live.

Adding minimal FX shouldn’t effect cast time or animation imo. Maybe some alt animations for some of those powers would be cool but not essential. I mainly want minFX for toggles, actually. Attacks don’t bother me much at all.

It can also look a bit messy when multiple support toons on one team all have WoC active at the same time.

Getting Fold Space usually means sacrificing global recharge, since the TP pool has no defense powers.
