That 5th LOTG is what hardcaps my SL res. Without it I have 72.77 percent. That’s not a bad amount considering the amount of SL defense I also have though… hm. On the other hand hardcaps make me happy…

Sometimes I take one LOTG out of combat jumping and put my kismet in there, and then put a cyto in invinc. I partly uses the lotg sets for their acc bonuses. Because I’m an energy melee and tend to focus all my energy into a few strong hits I put the build up proc in build up instead of invinc where it is on my AOE focused tank. I kinda play it like a stalker I guess. The 5th LOTG global recharge is pretty noticable to me actually, when it comes to how often my whirling hands is up.. I just landed on this build after trying a bunch of things and seeing what felt the best. The cyto in invinc didnt seem to make much difference in terms of tohit. At least not in a noticable way, so I traded it for another regen bonus.

Here’s how I’m running my quirky lil’ EM/inv scrapper (scralker) with Unstoppable. I also have all the passive accolades. I chased regen set bonuses and I’m running rebirth. I actually love this for hard mode ITFs for punching Hostless Nictus Aspects off of people. It’s especially nice when other people are buffing me with defense or running barrier.

Radiation armor should have minimal FX. Radioactive things usually dont glow or look flashy in real life. I’d like invisible radiation.

Energy/elemental spines in addition to metal, slate, thorns, etc.

It would be cool if we could put patterns on top of the spectrum costume pieces. Like spectrum + tribal tattoos. That would look sick.

20 years later & I still dont have a PC that can run this game at max settings…

Keep in mind I’m a Super Strength with double stacked rage. I generally have plenty of tohit even 1on1. this toon does fine in 4* TFs by the way. Takes it like a champ. If only I was better at playing it lol.

If I take a slot out of invinc to do that slotting, where would you put the extra slot? In health? I do have an extra Cyto 53 I could try this with.

I could put another slot in tough hide for a tad more defense? Hmm. Probably not worth a respec? I could do two FFs in boxing for more run speed?

Is there another set bonus you think would be better to have? Where else would you put the slot? Nothing really sticks out at me when looking at it. I dont think I’d take time out of my attack chain to use kick…

I dont think I want any more recharge procs because it would cause my other powers to proc less. And my attack chain is perfectly fine, really no need for any more speed. And I consider that slow resistance to be rather important. It resists recharge debuffs, which are super annoying. I prefer to keep it 🙂 plus when am I ever gonna find the time to use kick?

Heres how my tank is slotted. This is my take on the classic hero, including elements from several other builds from my SG mates and other folks. I’ve tested & tweaked it a lot. You could easily replace TP with Flight or Mystic Flight if you want to be more of a Supernan.

I want to make a toon with powers as close as possible to Ms Liberty. If I’m not mistaken that would be an MA/Invuln/Mu mastery scrapper. Anything else I need? What travel power? How about incarnates? Surely someone has tried to recreate Ms Liberty. Statesman and Supernan clones have been done to the moon and back.
