This is cool but you will end up accidentally teleporting all over the place at the worst of times. I don’t recommend this. Use /bind mousechord powexeclocation cursor “teleport” instead.

They should seriously boost the damage numbers to make the attacks worth their slow animations. You’d think a set called “kinetic melee” would be devastatingly strong…

Don’t forget Invuln’s Invincibility, which is a damageless taunt aura on brutes, scraps, and tanks, but not on stalks and sents afaik…

Really I’m open to any build/AT. I’m just trying to figure out what the best possible end sapping build/power combo is.

Yep, I want to make a toon 100 percent dedicated to endurance sapping. I don’t care about damage output—I want blue bars to be EMPTY! Any tips? Any specific powers to avoid?

Another idea would be to have conflicting hellion factions. Hellions who became obsessed with the dark arts and began to foolishly follow the COT in search of power, perhaps becoming victims of mind control/brainwashing in the process, and hellions who sought the help of heros to defeat their possessed former gangmates, who are in various stages of becoming ghouls..

I was thinking that at the deepest or highest level, Hellions were somehow serving or working for the COT behind the scenes. Imagine hellions who got just a bit too deep into the demonic magic, beyond casual thug stuff. Just an idea I thought seemed cool. Sure their goals seem different at first glance but I could see the more dedicated members of the Hellions getting into the more sinister side of magic, and having some association with the COT.

I notice that both COT and Hellions both seem to summon the same succubi. I would like to see more Hellions/Circle of Thorns crossover. For example, Hellions with larger demon lords normally seen with COT, or ghosts.. or perhaps high level Hellions who seem to be halfway on their way to becoming full on phantom/undead type beings like the COT are due to being immersed in dark demonic energies for many years… maybe some story arc about the two groups interacting in some way, or doing demonic rituals together.

If I were in Paragon City I’d jump over the war wall and fall into the endless black abyss.

It seems like if you log off standing next to the dummies, they will vanish when you log back on...? I think it's a bug. It's happened to me more than a few times now.

I’m not talking about Paragon Dance Party. There is in fact a hidden door in IP somwhere that leads to PD. You can go IN the door but you cannot go out. My friend entered this door literally a day ago.

I've never understood that either. It's like no matter what you do, somebody will be pissed. Bump an old thread and someone says necrobump, Make a new thread and someone says use the search function. You just can't win.

A hard mode TF with lots of -tohit would be a pain in the ass because how many powers actually have tohit debuff protection? All I know of is Focused Accuracy. How many ways are there to negate tohit debuffs in this game aside from using FA or spamming yellow insps?

I collect various people’s mids builds and sometimes I do try them out but I seldom leave them as-is and often gradually mod them until they are nearly unrecognizable as the same build XD. I use mids builds more as inspiration than anything. It’s a good way to learn sets you’ve never used before and can save you a lot of mistakes.

I would like a minimal FX option for teleport where your character just vanishes abruptly. Or perhaps how teleport looks when you turn on /noparticles. Perhaps an alt animation for teleport with no pose as well. I would like to nonchalantly wink out of existence in an instant lol.

It would be neat if laser beam eyes had a energy blast or electricity or overall less lasery looking option available. Perhaps a variant that matches energy torrent a little better.

I went with invuln/super strength tank as my infinite budget toon. It’s just so classic, akin to statesman, back alley brawler, or black scorpion.
