Overall, great build. I made a few minor changes to get you to the defense softcap. I dropped Hasten and took One with the Shield for the Resistance Uniques. I switched Kismet to Hide and Grant Cover with LotG, but that is a personal preference. I added one slot to Maneuvers for more hit point and defense. I also added a Psionic Resist to Tough because you are kind of low. Took one slot from Build Up and added it to Active Defense for more Recharge as the defense debuff stacks. I really like your build. Should be lots of fun. Stalker (Electrical Melee - Shield Defense)Forums.mbd

Here's a couple of builds to get you started. Stalker (Electrical Melee - Stone Armor).mbd Stalker (Ice Melee - Stone Armor).mbd

Adding two more builds for consideration. Electrical Melee/Super Reflexes Electrical Melee/Ice Armor Stalker (Electrical Melee - Super Reflexes).mbd Stalker (Electrical Melee - Ice Armor).mbd

Agree that /Inv is a great secondary. It's very tanky. Similar to Shield in that it has a good balance of Resist and Defense. I put together a Electrical Melee/Invulnerability build to get you started. S/L defense 45%. S/L resist 75%. Perma Dull Pain. 50% slow/recharge resist. Four attacks use knockdown (2x ST and 2x AOE) and KD = mitigation + FF procs. Bio loves recharge so those FF procs are very helpful. Seismic Smash (hold) can use the Entomb Absorb proc, so potentially 1 Absorb proc each in Primary and Secondary. Bio is endurance friendly which synergizes with Stone Melee's high endo consumption. Seems like a great pairing. I might put together a build now.

Here's a fairly cheap build, other than the ATOs, to get you started. Other than S/L, resists are kind of low. 80% resist to slow/recharge. Fun build and definitely upgradeable. Stalker (Dual Blades- Super Reflexes).mbd

Challenge Accepted. I submit a Stone Armor/War Mace leveling build. No purples Tanker (Stone Armor - War Mace).mbd

My SECOND Stalker - We're going in a new Direction.

Willpower has knockback protection in Indomitable Will, no need to add more. You can safely repurpose those 4 slots. Dark Armor, Fiery Aura and Ninjitsu have little to no KB protection. Each KB Protection IO provides 4 points, I would never go over 12 points (3x IO). -
My First Stalker. Ninja Blade / Dark Armor. Vampire Hunter D homage.

I have a few suggestions/observations: SA: KB->KD, is in an attack that you will never use, ever. Don't waste your inf. Placate is great. Find a way to get it in. It's that good. Your defenses are not soft capped (45%), you will get hit a lot and you only have 4 points of Knockdown protection. You will get FREEMED all over town. I have a DA stalker, started with 8 points and respec'd to 12. Much better. Knockdown really sucks. Drop the Regen in Health. Put the Numina's unique in Physical Perfection in Health. Put a Power Transfer: Chance to Heal in Physical Perfection. Put the Kismet +6% in Hide as you will want it early and on at all times. Oppressive Gloom helps with damage mitigation. I really like it in my build. Just remember you have no DDR so any defense you do build for can get stripped away. -
100% agree with @Hjarki. MA needs a serious re-vamp for Stalkers. Currently it has no AOEs, Cones or Ranged attack. Single target attacks only. All it has is theme. IMO the worst primary for Stalkers.

Probably not, but Shadow Meld is a nice LotG mule and unlike Geode, it won’t disrupt my attack chain. I just don’t find myself using Geode enough to justify taking it.
