  1. The team is aware of the issue and working on resolving it. In the meantime, you'll need to either drop a portal nearby, use a teleport power to teleport yourself out, ask a nearby friend to teleport you out with recall, submit a support ticket for a GM to assist when available, and/or do a fun emote as you live your new life in the ground. We apologize for the inconvenience!
  2. Reiterating what was said above, but this may have just been my blunder. I was very careful to refer to everything as a giveaway or prize, because twitch drops themselves weren't enabled. I just may have missed that phrasing when I first drafted this. To be completely transparent, we threw this together VERY last minute (I contacted most of the twitch streamers on Friday morning), and it was just meant to be a way to support our streamer community, and hand-out some fun prizes to players as we celebrated the first weekend of Page 2. If we decide to do a giveaway via twitch again in the future, we'll be sure to mind the verbiage!
  3. Each streamer is giving them away at their discretion! You'll need to catch them during their stream to see how they're raffling them away!
  4. Huh - who put that little spellbook icon at the bottom? 😉
  5. Hi everyone! It's been a very exciting week as we recently released Issue 28: Legacy, Page 2! To celebrate this release we're planning two events this weekend! The first is a Twitch Giveaway! We've partnered with the following Twitch streamers, who will be handing out both Hero & Villain Super Packs as well as Prismatic Aether during their streams between now and the server reset on Tuesday, June 24th - be sure to check out their channels for times and details! Aurethious CoopsCollection greblaja Mollymauk76 Tax_E The second is, we know that you've all been enjoying the new powersets and working to get to Kallisti Wharf for those new story arcs - well, we want to help on that journey. So we are enabling Double XP from now until the server maintenance on Tuesday, June 24th. Have a great weekend!
  6. Thanks for reporting this! I passed it on to our powers team for review!
  7. Yup, just to confirm it's this! They won't give anything because they have no attacks. So WAI!
  8. This is a known issue. The team is investigating it!
  9. Thanks for reporting this! Checking in with the power devs to have them review.
  10. While I am amused at the reference, for transparency I'd be cautious of this too. All feedback is important and valuable - as a matter of fact, the team is typically so aligned on certain things, we need people with contrasting opinions to ask questions and disagree with our approach. The game is meant to be for everyone, so all the opinions matter. To take it a step further, while we do sincerely want the contrasting opinions - we do appreciate when it's kept polite; as attacking dev members and/or HC staff results in the GMs whipping out the ban hammers. @Ukase was a great example here - very respectfully asked the question, may not have liked the answer, but the feedback and opinion has been noted and we will likely reflect on it for the next patch.
  11. No, it's a fair question - and there certainly isn't a rush. The dev team is excited for players to play the content they've created though, and if a known issue is considered minor and has a fix in place - it's not worth delaying another week in our opinion. There was one major issue that got reported to us very last minute yesterday. If the fix wasn't easy, then we wouldn't have released it yesterday and would've been fine waiting another week or so. Ultimately though, there comes a point though where continuing to push stuff onto Open Beta no longer serves a purpose as we've lost the numbers for testing. Despite our best efforts, no patch is ever going to be 100% perfect (we are just a volunteer team doing our best, after all) - so it basically comes down to whether putting it to Open Beta for another week helps the team, or releasing it live would be better. As I'm sure you can imagine, the Open Beta testing period, and the first week or so after a new patch pushes live is very time consuming on the team; so we try and be respectful of what would serve them best. Although, as you said - you may likely not agree with the rationale, but in the spirit of transparency, trying to give you an answer anyways 😉.
  12. I can confirm the feedback threads were all read. We were even exporting them as single sheets to catch up on the pages of feedback. Also, as @skoryy mentioned, a lot of the final product was drastically changed from it's initial design based on player testing. Whether feedback gets implemented or not is up to the dev in charge of the content (unless the City Council feels it needs to step in and enforce a change). There are still a handful of known issues - and we were fixing a few things mere minutes before release - but felt confident enough in the product to push it live. However, I want to make it clear - we read ALL of the feedback threads.
  13. Hi everyone! This thread has been locked, as there have been numerous changes to the set since the initial build. Please go to the new Focused Feedback Thread for this topic to provide input on the updates.

  15. You aren't the first person we've heard this from. We're exploring a few options to alleviate this next year.
