  1. Earlier there was a lot of discussion about PVP. I don't enjoy PVP but I agree that there is no reason to make it any worse for the small PVP community. But I was intrigued by the idea of using the PVP zones for PVE. Would it be possible to create "Echo:" zones with/without the PVP flag so that PVP could continue in one and PVE could be used/built up in the other?
  2. It would be great to still have the ability to macro the TP-to-base power with a base code rather than having to type in the base code every time, even with interupt time and cooldown. It is a real boon to socializing with other bases.

  4. "Reintegrated" - someone pointed out we have returned from the ether, like Scotty after being trapped in the transporter buffer for so long. "Homecoming" is a peculiarly American thing and the rest of the world looks on wondering what you are talking about.
  5. Is there any hope that the base entry portal could have a variety of effects? It would be great to replace it with any of the teleportals or in fact any FX (especially ones without sound!)
  6. I am guessing that is not possible, but the ability to email the base owner would be great! Could the base owner's @global be made visible?
  7. I have a beam rifle/mental manip I'd like to join the fun next time on Everlasting.
  8. We finally tried a prototype of this. Selected a tech map as part of a captured allied base, created custom aliens of various types (workers, marines, sergeants, officers, priests) and had them holding the station crew captive while planting scuttling charges. We went in and disarmed the bombs and rescued the crew. Also put in an allied alien who we rescued to come along with us. We didn't get the balance quite right but it was a fun exercise.
  9. I'm nearing my first level 50 character. It is built from an RP concept of a space navy officer with mental powers from interactions with alien tech. But now I'm wondering how to optimize the build. I have hardly any idea how to select suitable enhancement sets or refine the selection of powers in a respec. I feel he has too many attacks and not enough team support and defense (I know - squishy - and I live with it 🙂 ) Can anyone give me pointers how to plan such a build or even provide an example for Pines? Cheers!
  10. The Terran Stellar Navy is at TSN-159 on Everlasting. The TSN is a light RP group who also play the Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator. Our Promethean Command deep space base is still under construction, but has some pieces we are happy with.
  11. Thank you for kicking things off! I don't play villain-side and I'm not likely to be above 40 for a good long time, but I really appreciate that someone is creating stories. One of the reasons we are playing (apart from enjoying the game) is to create AE missions for a group of characters who play Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator. We hope the missions can represent away-team or marine-squad missions as interludes for the spaceship story.
