I had a stalker as my first and main villain from the release of CoV and while it did happen once in a while back in the day, it was nothing compared to the frequency now. I suspect you're right that it's a server-client communication issue, but it seems odd that it would be worse now than on Live given the vast improvements we've had to communication technology in the intervening years. 'Tis a puzzlement.

Help Doc Buzzsaw get what she needs to start building Tank Freaks, clue from glowie: 'All of these stolen medicines should be just what Doc Buzzsaw needs for his work.' Doc is female. Also on this mission when you click the glowies, it says you are looking through files even though they are clearly boxes of parts.

Doc Buzzsaw, clue when you've acquired all the items, A full collection sack: 'Though the heart has no power, it's motors hum and it's valves contract.' Should be 'Though the heart has no power, its motors hum and its valves contract.' And another extra apostrophe in Doc's end of mission dialogue: 'Yet it still works, even after it's power supply has long gone dead.' And...in the intro text for the next mish: 'I strongly suspect that this 'Big Rocky' may contain a massive fragment of red coral in order to hold such a great sway over others of it's kind.' Funny thing is that these errors are fixed in Paragonwiki… Autocorrect to the rescue, I guess!

Doc Buzzsaw, Die by the Freak, first mission intro: 'Unfortunately, often the desperate men who hire my services cannot afford to pay when the bill comes do.' should be 'Unfortunately, often the desperate men who hire my services cannot afford to pay when the bill comes due.'

Apologies if this has already been reported (I can't believe it hasn't) but if so I couldn't find it. I've noticed this on 3 different characters now: when you one-shot an enemy (sniper shot or assassin's strike) about half the time the mob doesn't fall down. It just stands there like a sort of ghost for a long while, even though it's dead. It wasn't so bad with my Blaster and Corruptor, but with my Stalker it's driving me nuts cuz I keep thinking there's another enemy nearby I need to take down.

With respect, I don't post here to solicit the opinion of other forumites. I'll leave it up to the devs to decide whether actual grammatical errors or individuals' musings on style are more appropriate to address.

If he could care less, then he must care more than not at all.

Dream Doctor, Finale, dialogue just before entering the battlefield: 'if worse comes to worse' should be 'if worse comes to worst.'

Dream Doctor, Part Six - The Life of David Hazen, final clue: 'I can only hope that my future ancestors find my journal...' I'm pretty sure he means descendants, unless he's a member of Ouroboros?

Agreed. Well, on the clunky phrasing at least. I still prefer to stamp out errors, common or not. :-)

Heather Townshend's personal arc, dialogue with Ajax: 'Heather Townshend paused in a moment.' I think they mean 'Heather Townshend paused for a moment.' Also why not remove her surname here? We already know who she is. Just found one I missed before... Ajax says 'The guy that I worked for took care of some monsters' but he is currently still working for Dream Doctor, so it should be 'The guy that I work for took care of some monsters'

Not to mention incorrect use of the reflexive pronoun 'yourself' - should be 'you' instead. Then again, this could be one of those situations where they intended to give an NPC 'character' by making them use a common error in speech.

Can't believe I've done the Alpha Slot content on numerous characters and never noticed this one before... Mender Ramiel, Part Two: 'The power you had in that timelime was immense' Sounds like the kind of fruit you might find on Gallifrey!

Pandora's Box, Episode 3, Return to James Harvan: 'Harvan trials off. ' should be 'Harvan trails off. '

Pretty much everywhere any contact or other NPC uses the word 'debrief' they actually mean 'brief.' Brief means to give someone information (which is usually what they are doing). Debrief means to ask someone for information, usually after they complete a mission. E.g. Mish briefing from Infernia in the finale of Who Will Die, she says, 'Lady Grey wants to debrief you before you go up' but Lady Grey doesn't ask me stuff; she tells me stuff. Also, when talking to Lady Grey before that last WWD mish, she says, 'I will be providing you magical protection which will allow you to breath in space.' P.S. Whoa, they got one right! Pandora's Box, The Clamor and the Clangor, mish 2: After the previous mish didn't go as planned... 'He'd like you to report to Fort Trident to debrief with his team.'

Who Will Die, Episode 2, Part 2 mish text: 'You explain to Michael that you found a cellphone off of the Rulu-Shin Gatherer' Leaving aside there's never a valid use for 'off of' -- I think this should actually be 'You explain to Michael that you found a cellphone on the Rulu-Shin Gatherer' EDIT: Also, during this mish there's an interactive filing cabinet where you can open the Top, Middle, or Bottom drawer, but the text calls each of these a 'cabinet' instead of a drawer. There's only one cabinet.

Who Will Die, Episode 1, Part 2 mish text: 'Why Lemkin going against everything we believed in' should be 'Why Lemkin is going against everything we believed in'

Maria Jenkins, The Final Chapter: Rescue Positron, mish completion dialogue: 'Positron sent his early prototype armor to you. He believes that you were insturmental in stopping a Praetorian invasion'

Maria Jenkins, Go activate Battle Maiden's obelisk, mish start dialogue: Battle Maiden's guards all come from Warrior Earth, not Praeotria. Well, I guess technically they don't come from Praeotria either....

A twofer! Maria Jenkins, Prevent Shadowhunter's resurrection, mish end dialogue: 'Good work, Character. We need to do this occassionally to prevent Shadowhunter's ressurection.'

True - it's a common error, so they may have meant it to show she's more a scientist than a linguist. Unai Kemen: Go to Werewolf World and fix the dimensional patches, mish end dialogue: 'That degree of solitude be a hard cross to bear, even for someone as private as Requiem.' Should be 'That degree of solitude can be a hard cross to bear, even for someone as private as Requiem.' Unless Unai is a pirate.
