I've run this with multiple characters. This used to work on Live because I recall this mish being the first where I ever soloed an AV with the blaster I had taken over to redside.

Sister Airlia mish, Eliminate Captain Cimon and his troops: I've run this with several characters now, and the boss, Captain Cimon, never appears. It's just a kill-all with minions.

Mako Patron Arc, Operation Anti-Venom, clue after 2nd mish: 'It is lead by the renowned Longbow Agent McKnight' should be 'It is led by the renowned Longbow Agent McKnight'

Also, 'if you seek to use the mystic portal' or 'if you seek to gain access to the mystic portal' -- not both.

Also, they are maintaining his cancer??? Guess that's one way to keep him from getting too powerful...

Incorrect use of reflexive pronoun: only Alastor could slaughter himself.

(Amazing how many of these are already fixed on Paragonwiki, just not in the game.)

Hardcase, Chaos Affair arc, Rescue victims from Wailers: When each victim is rescued s/he says, 'Thanks! I thought I was done for?' I can't see any reason there should be a question mark at the end instead of a period or exclamation point.

Hardcase, Pied Piper Arc, Draw Wailers to Paragon City, map entry pop-up: 'The foul sewers below Paragon City is a perfect place to hide the sonic transmitter.' should be 'The foul sewers below Paragon City are a perfect place to hide the sonic transmitter.' since 'sewers' is plural.

I have a slightly different combat log when this happens, but perhaps that has to do with the secondary you mentioned. My log shows assassin attack starting; assassin attack activating; then assassin attack recharged. No ToHit roll at all, though I get the sound and animation of a successful attack.

Happening to me too. Someone suggested it could have something to do with the target moving out of attack range by the time the power actually goes off, but I tested it and it is definitely not that.
