Idea for a mission:
Two warring factions on a large outdoor map. A hotspot shows up and you need to win 5 hotspots to.complete the mission. Losing 5 fails the mission. Depending on the factions involved it could be easy or hard, as they are not all equally powerful.
For added difficulty an EB or AV could show up for the enemy faction.
I have gotten some mileage out of the avalanche
KD proc in tank and brute damage auras. The absolute amazement proc can also be effective in oppressive gloom. some of the healing procs are useful in toggles that are always left on like integration. I agree that toggles and procs generally don't work though.
Maneuvers and veng are good places for LOTGs or other def IOs and 2 or 3 slotted tactics with HOs makes a huge difference when enemies have -tohit.
There are many ways to build a blaster, but Musc alpha proc heavy builds need a lot of rech and leadership is a slot efficient way to get some.
As long as PAPs only buy cosmetic features I am completely fine with the pricing. I will probably have a half dozen tier 4 meme costumes the day this goes live regardless.
Mercs/kin mm was not fun for me to play at all. Kinetic melee/fire brute was pretty lame as well. AR/forcefield corr is lots of fun but not all that effective. I have 50s of most powersets and while some are better than others, there are very few that are not fun in certain situations.
