  1. Good call on the detoggling. I use Shield, so I'll detoggle everything tonight and see if that works.
  2. Worth noting that Defensive has a -25% debuff to damage.
  3. Why spread them out? Does the new proc system fire per power rather than per proc?
  4. I did. When I go back in to the Tailor screen, it has the alternate animation. Then I walk out the door and he goes all Tarzan.
  5. It looks good in the Icon store, but the old animation still plays on the streets. Is there a trick to getting it to work? Thanks!

  8. S/L tends to do more dam as compensation, so just like any set they shine against certain opponents. But definitely never unplayable.

  13. Given how hard it is to get 5 defense powers, it's probably worth it just as a Luck mule (combined with the small crit).
  14. Why more ACC for AoE? I like to have something more than +33%, unless you aren't fighting anything above your level. But there are a lot of ways to pick up that something extra other than a 2nd yellow, depending on the toon. Two yellows is probably inefficient.
  15. Two is plenty while levelling. What are your sets? I'd consider IO's at lvl22. Cheaper and easier.

Or were they ready for release? The last 4 power pools were never added. Everyone gets Sorcery.
  20. I've been playing a lot of Sentinel. My take is that it was designed by experienced players. It's a very smooth experience. The loopholes, both bad and good, have been removed from their comparable powersets. They are almost boring due to being so easy to play. But the huge thing that defines Sentinels is status protection. Everyone is different, but I always chose Doms over Trollers because I don't feel very heroic getting chain-mezzed. Same reason for choosing Sentinels over Blasters. You may not do quite as much damage, but you can still more than hold your own in a team. And no one has to pay attention to keeping you alive. And you can jump in and PBAoE without having to chug inspirations. Definitely feels a lot more heroic. As for the class feature, it really helps with bosses and big baddies. Once the bar fills up (and it fills up fast), hitting a mob with your Tier 1 or 2 will enable a major damage buff for the whole team. I'm not sure how much, but it's definitely noticeable. AFAIK, purple patch has no doesn't affect it because it's a team buff, not a debuff. But I could be wrong on that, it's hard to get numbers.
  21. Something defensive: Heal, Armor, etc. A resistance debuff. I really don't need anything that causes damage at that point. I guess Immobilize mildly useful, but it really pales in synergy compared to pretty much any other AT.
  22. Duel Pistols wins at animations. Especially with Combat Jumping.
  23. Yeah, the respec would be easy for MMs. AV's will be interesting.
  24. Thanks for the info. My son and I have a duo MM team, and it'll be plenty to handle most TF's. Not to mention what it would do to some graphics cards if we joined a full size TF.
  25. So is that a wiseguy way of saying that TF's have no minimum anymore? ;)
