  1. Anyone have the stats for the new Judgement power, Mighty? Thanks.

    HP cap?

Good stuff, thanks. Anyone know if Absorb scales with max HP?
  3. I'm gonna stick with "underwhelmed". Link Minds is ok, if you can soft cap (some Sents have basically 0 Def). But it requires 2 other powers, including Psychic Shockwave, which is ok. The Heals are 8% - that's a waste of a click in combat. I'm sticking to the "Sentinels get less than any other AT from Epic" assessment. Couple useful things for certain builds, but my Fire/Rad doesn't have any, and I don't see that changing.

    HP cap?

I know Sentinel's base hp is the same as Blasters. Is the cap also Blaster? If it is, then I don't see the point of Ice defense and Hoarfrost. If it's not, I'm an inquiring mind. ;)
  5. Tried both the blue mish, the Nem War from Ouros is easier.
  6. I think you're right. Might be a few days, but I'll post once tested.
  7. Thanks for caring, man. ;) Trying to IO a 50 /Rad Sentinel, and the 6% from Numina's is only worth it if it buffs Absorb. I'll just respec and test it.
  8. Be prepared to be disappointed. ;)
  9. Thanks - where is a good spot for Marcone bosses? Don't do much redside.
  10. No one knows, or no one cares? ;)
  11. Anyone know if a Healing set bonus applies to Absorb powers? Thanks.
  12. Fair enough. I've found Fire/Rad to be pretty uber. Certainly better at solo bosses than some of the other toons I've incarnated in the past. All good tho.
  13. That regen buff was way before sunset. Sents are pretty good at soloing, certainly better than a lot of support classes. I cleared out all the Rikti without problem, but he was a beast to take down, even at -1. Had to use 19 Inspirations.
  14. I kinda felt the opposite, that this was the easiest class to level, but without real high end potential. I felt like the toon was finished at 40, which has never happened before. Well thought out class, smooth ride. Took all 18 class abilities (Fire/Rad). But Epic adds next to nothing. Incarnate will of course add stuff, but it won't put me over the top on anything. Sents will never tank, I think anyone expecting that will be disappointed. But they can put out plenty of damage, especially with zero downtime and never worrying about mez or staying alive. It feels like a hero when you play one. They really bring a lot to a team when it comes to taking down AV and GM, too.
  15. Did the "Weakened" Honoree get buffed at some point? I'm really struggling to take him down with a Sentinel, don't remember him being this hard.
  16. Lots of good answers in here. No other game comes close to making you feel like a superhero. Rather than put limits on you, CoH is fine with casual players smacking x8 even level. But that doesn't mean there aren't challenges, they are just the challenges we place on ourselves. There is a ton of both strategy and tactics to this game, in a huge sandbox playstyle. How much more money did SWTOR spend on development, yet compare flying in both games. Or character development. Or combat. Also, it really does seem to attract a great community. MRCAPTAINMAN, wow.
  17. Is there a better place than the PI docks? Can you do it on AE?
  18. Anyone know of an addon that shows badges on the map?
  19. Interesting. When I cast Rain of Fire I get a big screen flash that the Sentinel absorb triggered, but then no more while it rains. I'll have to record some combat logs (never done that before).
  20. How does a proc work now in a location power like Rain of Fire or Sleet? Does it proc only when the power is activated, or every time it does damage?
  21. Wow, that's pretty big. Even if it's a spike, that certainly makes Bio more than just FoM.
  22. Right, which is why conversations like this always depend on how individuals play. If you are going to high end build them, squishiness is not an issue. They can pretty easily have soft capped defense and 40-50% resist, not even counting debuffs. And they certainly can deal damage.
  23. I think Time might be the best Beast secondary, and certainly makes them solid. Farsight easily gets them past the defense cap, with plenty of room for debuffs. Add in over 50 Resistance and being in melee is not a drawback. I would not avoid them for fear of being underpowered, but the right secondary will have a big impact on your playstyle.
  24. Defensive has a -25% debuff to damage. Offensive has a +25% buff, so a 50% swing between the 2. I'm not aware of an additional 15-20% buff.
