Don't the squishies need some form of mez protection? Might be a throwback to the early days, but I really hate getting mezzed.

Wait, T4 has downtime? I've been away awhile - aren't T4 Destinys perma? Definitely seems like the key to Barrier is the stacking. Do you all coordinate making it Auto at the start of a run? Seems really tedious otherwise.

Fair, 90' is huge, much better for leagues. Perma 20% is probably better than having only 5% half of the time, though.

Interesting. Seems like the stacking is what makes it the choice du jour. Individually, I've always thought Rebirth was the best survivability power, +1600% regen is more useful to a lot of maxed out toons. Don't sets like Time make worrying about def irrelevant, even in hardmode?

Envenomed dagger. Most chars would benefit from this in AV fights.

You can set this at a trainer, using the costume editor.

Going to build for 45% Ranged Defense for max effectiveness. That means a lot of full sets and pretty much no damage procs. Any suggestions for a better way to go? Seems like I'm not giving up much offense for high end survivability. Should offer a lot of resistance debuff for teams, plus 17% to hit for all those pugs who never slot enough ACC for +4s. 😉

Been mostly afk for a year and a half. Do any Stealth powers/IO stack anymore? It was nice when soloing.

Ha yes, page 5. It would suck to play Issue 5 again. Yeah, I tried that link. When I click on the "Accept Invite" in Discord, it says "unable to accept invite". Have other people been able to access the new version? Is that the only place to get it?

Definitely not just an Excelsior thing. I've had very consistent problems on Indomitable, with most freezes taking way longer than a couple minutes.
