Thanks @Rudra, I know you did not imply it was my keyboard. However, just like @Dacy I would of suggested it could of been that or the mouse. Which is why I try my PaP keyboard to make sure that my current keyboard isn't dying on me. I bought this PC 2 years ago and is ONLY used for the game. That is how much I enjoy this game. 🙂 I use my laptop or tablet to do everything else. I have worked on enough bases to know that slow is fast. It's not something that happens a lot but it does happen. With that being said I tested what I thought could be the problem and think I have figured out what the issue was... DOORWAYS! BLASTED DOORWAYS! I was using the large Silo platforms as a road texture and I and had to overlap two to fill in a hole. To avoid the overlay glitchiness I turned off Grid and raised one a hair to stop the overlay glitch and while raising the Silo platform it vanished. Hit UNDO (I love you) and it did it a second time. item vanished. I am aware of early release of the command keys will cause issues so the only thing that i can deduce is that because it was in a doorway. Thanks everyone and I hope this helps figure out why a doorway can cause so much chaos. @Etched

I am aware of that issue but this has been happening while still holding shift/Ctrl down. To me it's like the game is confusing the two commands. If you may think it is my keyboard, please think again for i have tried it with a second keyboard that is a PaP (just to make sure my main board isn't crapping out on me) and it still does it. Also, I tried it on my wifes account and it did it on hers as well. One account i figure it's a fluke but two different accounts and it's something within the game. I'm not new to base building and have seen some really weird stuff goin on with it so again i praise the UNDO God and keep on building a new world. Good suggestion and thanks for the insight but not the case here. @Etched

There is more to this then a glitchy reactor. I've been havin key command issues a lot recently. Hit shift to raise an item and the item lifts then vanishes (Yay for UNDO!) Curser gettin stuck after placin an item, preventin forward or backward movement until you click on a different item. Liveable, yes. Annoyin as hell... Absolutely. @Etched

@UltraAlt, the post is 16hrs old... Possibly @Romeyn has a life outside of the forums? I looked at their past posts and didn't see any signs of trolling in any of them. As I see it the only troll on this post is you. You didn't agree then post it other than their post count. Appearently there are others who agree with @Romeyn. I would agree with most on this post. There are 4 of us in my SG and we use the trainer, facemaker, and everything else in the base quicker then we'd use their counterparts within zones. Would be nice to access the AH but understand that it's a pain to code. Bases less revelent? NEVER!

If you are interested in buildin a base, then just do it. I'm sure you have an alt that can create a SG and then offer it out once you are done. That way you are not restricted and you can have as long as you may need to get back into the swing of things. @Etched

I don't believe you are hopeless at it, just inexperienced. If you have an empty sg, now would be the time to learn it. 75% of any build is TIME. The other 25% is learnin the keys to help you. Which Impish Kat gives a complete guide of key commands in their post Base Faq and Dacy does a great job with video instructions. After you get the basics down you may realize you are quite capable of doing what you want. @Etched

It is doable, that I know for sure. I have done a 10 story buildin for the Doomed Sg and over the Halloween event I stumbled into a base that impressed me and I don't get that impressed over bases anymore. That base was Pinks. I don't know who the architect is but they did an amazing job. Pinks base has the skyline that you loonin for, however, it was not a city skyline like PI but more like Croatoa. The biggest part of it is the time to take on a project like that. Something I personally don't have just yet. Currently workin on the Losers base on Torch and I also have a side project base with @Bunny Love and after that I may actually play the game as intended. But, if you are lookin for a quick fix I do have a SG on Everlast that I'm willin to let you have. SG name is Addicted and the base is pretty nice but not close to my best work. 2 thanks, please. @Etched

I honestly couldn't name all the bases i've worked on and 10 times out of 10, I was the one offering to do it. I never expected payment just a thank you. Hmmm, maybe I shoud start charging more for what I do... Maybe 2 thank yous @Etched

I was reading a post by Attache, who is looking for someone to help build a SG Base on Everlast and something Attache had put about saving inf to pay for a base. So, I ask. Has anyone ever charged or taken payment for working on a base for someone? If so, how much did you charge? @Etched

I'd use the Office Cubical wall (Standard Grey) in Dividers or a Bathroom Stall located in Kitchen and Bath (Tintable).

@Neiska, You might remember the good ole days when purps were 250+ mill or LotG Procs were 50+ mill. Honestly, compared to those days the market is cheap. I see a lot of your suggestions as punishment to new players who don't have a pot to piss in, let a lone INF to pay a Tram, Base, Incarnate, or any other fees. I see what you ask as a turn off to anyone that is startin fresh with the game and i'm pretty sure the DEVs want new players verses loosing players because they are taxed on everything. Here's a fix... remove drops all together and let the Devs post set prices on everything at the AH. @Etched

Bath robes, slippers, and hair in rollers is some of the things i'd like to see added to the costume parts... also SOA Crab arms and a Duck bill face.

I ran my fire/fire brute yesterday helping a friend gains some lvls. Since everyone on here was complaining about the fire farms I decided to run a S/L mish instead and use those buffs that people are claiming to be a nerf to my advantage. I had no issues with max aggro. I lost health but i did that with a standard fire farm. Regardless, I cleared the map fairly quick with less stress about being debuffed.
