With IOs buffing DPS to make them DPS monsters?

PyroStorm a Blue Flame heroine Storm Summoning Corruptor Her top in game is bridal barbarian fur shoulders, and she has the baroque mask, witch bottom, with witch plain gloves, and witch boots, organic wings, bio animated tail, and cloud with lightning aura running and blazing aura. I uploaded a screenshot to help with image creation and then input more information and these are the creations. I like them. The first image is without a lot of input from me, the second has more input on her. Her bio: No one in Paragon knows exactly where she came from. Some say she walked out of the wreckage of a collapsed storm research station in the Arctic Circle. Others claim she was part of a military experiment: code name: Project Tempest. What is known: she arrived in Paragon 5 years ago, barefoot, burned, and boiling with blue fire that didn't melt the snow around her. A government used her. A storm nearly killed her. Something woke up in her during that near-death moment: a violent fusion of elemental power blue flame that eats through steel, and a storm core in her chest that crackles with lightning and fury. She doesn't wear a cape. Doesn't smile for the cameras. While the other heroes of Paragon hold press conferences and pose for statues, she's on the streets torching gang operations, frying rogue AI units, and ripping corrupt CEOs out of their high-rise bunkers. When she flies, the sky turns electric. When she lands, people either cheer or run.

Hi, trying to see if this first one is a recent change or bug? Asking as it's newer to me and I've played Zappalina my tank on live and HC for awhile as she's my fave. https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=circleofthorns.boss_succubus.hellish_bolts When playing my main Tanker Invul/Stone that has focused accuracy from the Epic set, I tend to run into crowds and target the one I think is the most a determent to me or the team. I usually do succubus' because they can confuse my Tank and when I forget to notice the word "confused" and do an AOE not fun for squishes who may be trying to buff near me. The power I posted above when I run in now on a +3 and +4 reputation/notoriety setting it will miss the first hit I target the succubi with. Without them doing any kind/form of attack at first. Are the succubus having an auto -tohit without firing off an attack like hellish bolts which has -tohit? meaning Do the succubus also have some form of - to hit buff automatically? FYI the COT around the succubus at that time are Behemoths, usually the ice CoT either the lower level ones or the monster looking ones. An occasional mage - but not Spectrals or Ghosts which have the de-buffs, and again running up and striking quickly usually before they react with an aura if possible. My attack chain for succubus are usually: Build up, run in, seismic smash *sometimes I forget build up but with focused accuracy and invincibility always running - then miss the succubus then the second hit lands. *Below at the very bottom is a picture of my set bonuses. Second, about confuse; This is newer to me and first noticed it in a more Manticore task force from the Paragon Protectors but also with the Succubi. Why am I getting confused? Haven't I had inherent invulnerability tank powers with resist in them to confuse? and have set bonuses and procs for mez - isn't confuse a Mez? I did look up and see that what I need for resist to confuse and, falls under status protection. I tried to research on this and on city of data - Confuse comes up as a psionic attack. When asked in the help channel on a shard/server someone mentioned that in crafting it is grouped with debuffs. On my powers it comes up as Status and is 0.0 (why?) I am assuming that these below are the only powers (resist physical damage, tough hide, invincibility) I have that protects from confuse at this time? *The resistance to defense debuffs or maybe the 2.7 to psionic in invincibility, are they? Freem - Why is that power occassionally knocking my tank back? (joke answers welcome, however is there a link somewhere to what it has to kb? because it does that from time to time) If confuse falls under psionic Set bonuses & powers

Was on Excelsior Server Zone: Ouroborous Character: DR0W BAF incarnate trial (entering into/loading into) On entry this happened in the picture, Mapserver DC and then put immediately back into Ouroborous without leaving the game or disconnecting and having to relog in. Asked for a re-invite, Happened again. The second time I grabbed this screenshot.

Not everyone knows what Spam is or is familiar with tech slang - I thought Spam as an example; was having emails from a Nigerian prince and the like or the meat gel in a blue can. I did not realize that Spam is posting jokes many times one after another in the same forum. Also the calls that come in are spam calls which means they're fake calls or solicitious. It wasn't until these boards that it meant posting things over and over in a row. So if you warn someone for that or anything really make sure it's terminology that everyone would understand, explain what you mean in simple terms that do not include any jargon.

Be excellent to each other. I would like suggest that this big old weapon he's holding be tweaked into a guitar, and we could have some form of music blaster.

Hi, Any chance we could get a global friends automatic channel by default? vs or in addition to if you don't want to get rid of it the friends channel for character. Usually by the time I level a character any server friends with one specific character name have leveled and moved on. Instead of sending each global friend individually a tell asking if they'd like to do a team/task force/ strike force/farm; it would be nice if there was an auto channel by default made up of all of my @global friends, yes I can make one but I am forgetful and would at some point forget to add someone to it if I had to invite people individually.

If you downloaded that, could you post a screen shot of the build from Mids with the ios slotted?

No, not what I mean. For clarity - I mean actually playing the character not as gladiator I would choose in the existing way. Have you ever used the Secondary Mutation power and it turns you into a Rikti Monkee? same idea - player temporarily playing an in game existing character.

Suggestion, I would like to see Arena PvP as an ability for a player to play an actual in game character these are examples: it could be a troll vs a troll or a troll vs a cot within the same level range as each other Statesman vs Recluse BaB vs. BS Kraken vs Devouring Earth Granite Rikti Mentalist vs. an Augur Cimeroran vs Vanguard Mynx vs BobCat Players get a limited amount of powers to use and any shields or resistances are innate potentially? Maybe people have to have characters unlocked by defeating so many (like the current system) or completing xyz trial or tf or story arc. or maybe not. As another example - we currently can turn into a rikti monkee and jump around for a bit, same principle - we turn into an in game chracter and jump around and bash each other a bit.

I was on a character BBowB and made a 50 merits into one hero merit and then tried to send it to my global 2x and it wouldn't work. I did check it to make sure it was the correct name no spaces etc. it was saying it wasn't tradeable. I logged onto Victory made a character name with my same global name so I now have one on Excelsior (lvl 50 + veteran levels named Zappalina) and one on Victory (lvl 1 named Zappalina). Logged out of the level 1 and back into the same one trying to send the hero merit BBowB originally to my global @Zappalina. It was successful that time.

Her hair is awesome wish we could do similar to it in game
