Same strategy would work on a Dark dominator, although not as quickly. Note, because the Minotaurs and Cyclops have Unyielding, they cannot be held, stunned or slept.
This is how I did it with my Mind Controller--stealth and liberal use of Confuse.
I'm not concerned that the Church of +4/x8 hits an occasional wall. Sometimes when you're solo, you're not worth eight people. 😎

That's the joke. The entry caption indicates it looks like just a fresh coat of paint, just like all Council bases look the same. 🙂
Seriously, though, if I can spend two hours on Synapse, an hour on Citadel (we did it in 61 minutes yesterday) doesn't concern me that much. We were more concerned with the missions in Talos being in those far NW/SW corners in a surprisingly-large zone.
But not everything needs to be streamlined.

I think that's one of those market history glitches. Iron Will hasn't been around since the old days on Live, but since some were still out there when AH was developed they coded an entry for it. But they've never existed in HC, and I think I'd heard of people storing inf in bids for such non-existent objects because they can't possibly sell.
I imagine some people would be enraged if the devs suddenly seeded those. 🙂

Heh, not that I miss it, but I was thinking just this morning that when I started CoH there wasn't a tram station at all in Founder's Falls. You had to come in through Talos Island or Pocket D. (And Pocket D was added just before I started playing.) I remember coming in from Talos and street sweeping to level up enough to unlock the next set of contacts.

For reference, Crimson's page on the Unofficial HC Wiki.
Crimson has a story arc (World Wide Red) and several missions that aren't part of that arc. When you talk to him, he randomly gives either a standalone mission or the first mission of his arc. (I think this is the way with most contacts, except some contacts either have only the arc or have missions flagged for a particular order.)
Also, the Wiki lists the arc as level 49-50, one of his missions as 46-50, and the contact as 45-50. If you're 45-48 he won't give the arc but he will give other missions.

Since it was asked last time, here's a link to the wiki for the Hess TF: Ernesto Hess Task Force - Unofficial Homecoming Wiki
It's relatively straightforward until the end. It's Council, and even the defeat-alls (first and second-to-last missions) only require defeating the last room. It's 9 missions total, counting each of the 4 radar stations as a separate mission.
Probably the most complicated part of the TF is the AV fight (Archon Burkholder). It's the giant Mech room, with the Mech surrounded by the circular scaffolding, and Burkholder is up on one of the scaffold levels above (IIRC). He's not obvious until you get close, and there are tons of other Council and pop-up turrets, so it's easy to get separated.
There's a side door we'll run past as we make the final bend to enter the Mech room--that's the door we need to leave when the Mech self-destructs. If you don't make it out in time, I think it defeats you, but I don't recall for sure.
Completion of the TF awards the Burkholder's Bane accomplishment badge.

Here's what I'm planning for Hippie Hess:
Had to use the "Daddy-O" glasses under Detail 1. 🙂 And I figured pastels would be appropriate. But maybe I'm mixing eras with the "Flared" pants.

Thanks! The belt is "Leather Studded Belt", close to the bottom of the belt list. The chest part is "Yakuza 3", at the very bottom of the chest list (it's the one "Yakuza" option without tattoos).
