Roxy Music - Song for Europe

In the old game I had a Dark Armor/Ice Melee tanker, a pure melee controller. I paid no attention to the 'dark' in Dark Armor and colored everything a vivid pink.

On Homecoming /Dark Melee Heraclea, I already use Dark Consumption as an AoE attack, since she no longer really needs it for endurance replenishment so there's no need to hold back or save it for special. This seems to work pretty good on test as well right now. The problem with the attack always was its painfully long recharge, but that can be slotted around. It's especially useful if Soul Drain isn't available and you need to attack a large number of mobs quickly. Thinking of making my next tanker project (since the Reflexes/Katana tanker has issues) a shield/fire.

New main costume for Medeia - the dominator I recently got to 50. Never got one this high in the old live game.

Just about anything I watch that I look at and think 'I could make that as a CoH character'. Currently working on season 2 of Britannia. (Highest recommendation BTW).

Most of my characters tend to live in Cimerora. Solo grinding means working the Roman wall, or running Marcus Valerius missions, esp. on characters that rely on stealth. The logout bonuses you get there are more beneficial than most. I have also taken to doing the Dark Astoria arcs on a number of my characters, mostly for the incarnate geemies and merits. But there's too much stacking mob debuff there so that stuff is solo only. Knives and Talons are fun to play against, though. I tend to avoid Atlas Park as soon as I have outlevelled it. The zone is busy enough that characters logged out there take noticeably longer to log back in to. I try to avoid Boomtown until I have well outlevelled it. But some of my favorite exploration badges are there.

I very seldom buy any enhancements or recipes on the market. I craft whatever I have salvage in stock for. Then I run converters, dropped or bought with merits, until they land on something one of my characters can use.

Tropical island or jungle setting is something I agree with. Would make a nice home base for the Banished Pantheon. Could also work with dinosaurs and cave men. Kallist Wharf would be a nice place to fill with giant kaiju monsters.
