It takes a catalyst away when you fill the catalyst slot when combining and a second when you hit the Combine button. If this was intended and didn't see it in any patch notes than just delete this post

I ended up fixing it by reinstalling everything in a different folder. Just weird how one day it was working fine and the next, with no changes to anything, it didnt.

Still not working. Tried the antivirus and did not help. It seems to crash when updating/downloading cityofheroes.exe. I tried to do a fresh install to try and fix and now im locked out of the game entirely. Im lost and wish there was a crash report for Tequila https://youtu.be/6VRu7w3z-C8

Ill check that but weird that it has been working for months and the day before then all of a sudden just after downloading something it crashes every time. Ill check later

didnt have a windows update and the updater shows nothing new. Ill try a reboot later.

32 bit version is working but the 64 bit is no longer working as of today for me (same person as AlienMob, just on wrong account)

I dont see myself using bombardment at all without the AoE def. If I'm building a toon that need recharge, there are so many other options and resist is not really a desire for most builds other than tanks/brutes in which case hardly ever have a targeted AoE power. But this is why I say, to me, this set is just another one to sell cause 99% of the time there is something better. Doesnt compete to what already exists

Agreed. The initial (after first nerf to 4 and 5 piece bonus) was amazing and not overpowered but I'm caring less and less to ALL of these new sets. They dont fill the need in these categories for me.

Mine is Gravity/Storm and i dont even have enough slots to make lift or propel useful. I ended up skipping propel (i want it but cant make use of it). Wormhole with Sudden Acceleration conversion and thunderclap is stupid awesome. Lift is 1 slotted and took O2 Boost 1 slotted. couldnt afford slots for them and Lift is just wasted slot vs other control sets having T2 power as a useful control power. I would love to skip lift and get gravity distortion and propel without needing Lift. Anyways. that my complaint 😛 just going to deal with it and delete it off the tray

My Dreams Selfish Proposal for the powerset combos that dont get the T2 power in secondary: Crush Gravity Distortion Propel Lift etc. My Hopes Otherwise keep Propel T4 and Lift T3

My main grip is the targeted AoE Set. I feel like one of the /Recharge IOs need to be changed to a +endredux. Obliteration is an amazing set but its downside is how crappy it reduces the endurance cost of the power and i hope that this set can be changed to have a little more Endredux by switching the Damage/recharge or accuracy/damage/recharge to /endredux. Bombardment (Targeted AoE, Rare, 30-50) Enhancements: Damage Accuracy / Recharge Damage / Recharge Accuracy / Damage / Recharge Accuracy / Damage / Recharge / Endurance Reduction Chance for Fire Damage (3 PPM)
