  1. Ah Hyperstrike! I'm sure you recognize the build! It's the one you posted way back in 2012 on live forums, I used it for Sapphire Lotus way back in the day. In any case thanks for taking a look again, also thanks for your update. Much appreciated.

  4. As you can see I have Unyielding not slotted, I havent decided on what IO sets to put in there yet, currently just running IO's. Its just shy of S/L/E/N/F/C cap without an Alpha slot and well-capped with an Agility. Any help from the build guru's would be greatly appreciated as Id like to dust her off since I havent really played her since well before Live shutdown. This build isnt set in stone, merely what I was running, budget isnt really an issue either as I have a well-established Spines/Fire farmer. Thanks in advance. So I have my MM to 38, and im struggling to determine whether Bodyguard mode is active, my bind for Defensive mode is Numpad5 and when I hit it they all say "Entering Defensive Mode" I have read that that is universally the mode they need to be in to offer bodyguard status, however I see no buff alluding to this, alos when I am in combat and my pet takes a hit I cannot seem to tell if bodyguard mode makes a difference. If someone could shed some light on Bodyguard mode and how its actually supposed to work and how it works on Homecoming, that would be fantastic.

  9. So Ive slotted up exactly as described and I have a couple questions/issues that Ive noticed. While I havent taken it into combat yet, from standing still it seems Hasten is not perma? is this intended? I have Force Feedback, but as I said hadnt had the time yet before work to take it into combat to see if that proc makes Hasten actually perma. Also Footstomp does not seem to be on a 4 sec CD its more like 5.6, I assume again that your numbers are accounting for Force Feedback? The Defense numbers are on target, just concerned about Recharge numbers.
  10. Ive been hearing a lot of good things about Spines/Bio. Im sure someone posted a build around here somewhere. EDIT: Apparently I was thinking of Brute, as I find a few Spines/Bio Brute builds but nothing for Tanker, though I imagine the train of thought isnt very far off to be tweaked for tanking.
  11. Just curious, whats the scoring/voting system? Will you be looking more towards interesting original costumes or will things like "Johnny Bravo" and "Angelica Pickles" from cartoons be allowed?
  12. Thanks for the clarification! Just test builds on the beta server you can level to 50 instantly by typing a command and give yourself whatever enhancements you want with another. There's no way to have more than two builds on one character. The poster you were replying to said they tweaked the build every couple months, so these are just different iterations of that one character's build.

I was trying to confirm if there was a way to unlock more than 2 build slots per character or in order to swap to anything more than 2 builds in that one would require enhancement unslotters.   14. Hi there! I remember you from way back, many of your posts on the old forums. I had some questions regarding your builds. What does SLE stand for? Is there a way to get more than 2 builds for a character? or do you just buy a metric boatload of enhancement unslotters to test out these other builds?

  16. I would hazard to guess that this is strictly a Farming build for farm like mission but not limited to to only Fire farms.
  17. Can I ask without risk nor intention of offending, are you strictly adhering to Blueside because of RP purposes? Or are you outright refusing to use Null the Gull to do a brief swap in order to unlock patron pools? If you are strictly adhering because "Villain = bad" for RP thats fine. I am wondering if your aware of who or what Null the Gull is?

  19. This is what I am currently working with, I dont have the incarnates past T2 Cardiac yet. Its definitely slower than my Spines/Fire, the spines takes 4.5 minutes to clear Comic Con fire, this takes closer to 6-7 minutes. Also Rage crash is annoying but not game breaking, just means more purples and less reds. I am considering running Preventative's over Doctored's but im not sure yet.   22. So Ive planned out a build in Pines, Knockout Blow states that it allows Melee Damage sets. I purchased 5 Hecatomb's which are clearly labeled Melee Damage, I do not have Hecatombs anywhere else in the build, when I go to drag and drop, nothing lights up. None of my powers will allow it to slot, not punch, not Haymaker, not Knockout blow. I am wondering if my character is required to actually be 50, I have enough experience for 50, just havent finished leveling him up completely due to having to swap sides for Power Pools. Does his power selection and slots need to be finished out to 50 fully to be able to slot purples? I have the rest of my level 50 enhancements (Yellow/Orange) sets slotted.
  23. Wanted to say I leveled a Fire/Kinetic to 50 last night, slotted it up as you listed minus the purples. Did not have the dosh for Superiors, Apocalypses and Ragnarocks for now. But it works really well. Im enjoying teaming with it. Not sure how it will fair soloing as of yet.

SG friends and I were discussing various mechanics of the game earlier today when HP caps came up, Blaster friend wanted to know what the HP cap for Blasters was, naturally I went to https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Hit_Points and found it for him, but I was surprised when he had a full 150 hp above the listed cap for blasters. My question is does anyone have an up-to-date listing of HP caps for all the archetypes? or a link to what issue changed this? Thanks for your time. :)
