if I attune an enhancement does that make say a lvl 24 IO have the same bonuses of a lvl 50 IO?

I have a couple of regenerative tissue +regeneration along with some other lower lvl enhancements and I am wondering if it is worth crafting those and using them as sets in my lvl 50?

Where can I find a good break down of lore destiny and judgement incarnate abilities, I am working on my spines/fire farmer. I don't really enjoy him that much but I do enjoy the money he makes me.

It is because most people roll KM as either a scrapper or stalker because of the T9.

Hey all I am a 42 year old looking for a SG geared towards someone with Alt-itis. I use to play on live using dial-up if that lets ya know when I started CoH. I don't remember a lot of the game play do to a brain injury, but I came back and played on the first iteration and then was heartbroken when that server went down, and I am just excited to be here. I would love to find others that are excited to be here as well.

Exact same problem. I thought I was doing something wrong lol, glad that it isn't just me but sorry you are having the same problem.

Thirded. I'm trying to avoid outleveling story arcs, and the ability to turn that spare XP into inf would be very helpful I am very much against this idea it would cause complete havoc on the games economy. It would be nice to see trainer enhancements at a very discounted rate but I fear that in and of itself could also cause an imbalance in the economy of the game.

So I love Street Justice my question is what is the consensus on who it is better on a brute or a scrapper. My second question is any advice on a secondary to pair with it, I read somewhere that it can be endurance heavy so I would assume a secondary with some sort of recovery would be ideal so that leave me with Bio, WP, EA, Ela, or Rad? Am I missing any? I want to thank everyone for the time they have taken to read and or answer my questions.

I moved to Halycon the other day but I live in the southern part of middle US and am worried about lagging on that server when it moves, I was just starting to make myself at home too.

I am going to be rolling up a sm/rad next week and I am very excited about it.

I recently started a DP/Super Reflexes and I know nothing about super reflexes I never played it back in the day and any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would go scrapper with Titan Weapons because the attacks seem so slow to me, I think they would be counter productive to fury generation.

Has anyone tried a Savage melee/ Bio armor brute yet, if so how did it work out.

what is the damage like on Genetic Contamination, I am wondering if it would be as good as shield and help make up for the lack of AOE.

I wonder if shield defense would help with its AOE very much?
