  1. Just another perception / opinion. But it seems like the players demanding "more dmg" from MMs are the players who team with them rather than the actual owners of the MMs. The whole "ugh, don't you have another hero you can bring to the team (that's not an MM)?" is annoying. So now +1 and +2 solo is less effective? We have to be +3 or more to do more? Maybe I just don't get it.
  2. Same MM (copied over to Beta). Ran Serpent Drummer arc. Bots/FF. +2/1. First issue - Bots do not reliably respond to Attack My Target on Beta. (All Aggressive/Attack). Works fine on Live. Removed power, re-added. I have no explanation. Beta pets seem to die a bit quicker, could be that they didn't respond to attack commands or "defend" themselves when attacked (Attack Target issue?) Also noted that Maintenance Drone is slower to heal on Beta vs. Live. Tried the same settings with a different MM. Necromancy/FF. +2/1. Same issue with Attack My Target. They just stand there. Seem to get rooted to the spot until I am "out of range" and they TP to me, but still no attack until changed to All Aggressive/Follow.

  4. The Never Dark Skies and Smog Free COH, installed together, turn all the affected skies a hazy yellowish. Which I imagine is WAI. @Michiyo The Never Dark Skies is only for Hero side zones? Not seeing too many blue skies on red side.

  6. Dammit, I'm re-slotting some of my Energy Blast characters now!! Look out, here I come. (If I keep this up, the whole server is going to have me blocked). Shrug.
  7. I've given up (given in?) to the Energy Blast hate. I just unslotted them and play other characters. For me personally, I got tired of being questioned every single damn time before even getting the invite. "Do you have KBKD?, Do you know how to play your character?, Do you know not to attack until after the herding is done? (So wait till they're all dead, then attack?) Got it." Really? Hell, I still get hate for having Meteor and I have to swear on my parent's grave that I have KBKD in order to get the invite. Oh and Phantasm "Please dismiss that pet or leave." Sigh... I've been playing, and supporting this game since launch. The date the character is created is in the bio. It's become easier to just not play Energy Blast at all, which sucks because I really like it. Shrug.
  8. It must have been a gremlin at the time. It was auto-updating my "Vidiotmaps for Homecoming" every time I started it, BUT it did not do it this time. Thanks for the quick response.
  9. Is there a way, when opening the CoH Modder, to have it NOT automatically start updating my mods? I manually install my mods. I like to have a way to check in everyone once in a while to see if anyone has created something new. Any suggestions (other than "stop manually installing mods" or "stop using the Modder") would be appreciated. Thanks 😊🙏

  11. Regarding the Font of Malevolence that uses Spectral Pull, has the Anchored function changed? While the screen shows that you are "Anchored" you can still be Pulled to the center of the map to your demise.
  12. OH, I didn't know that was yours. Apologies, no offense intended. Actually right now I'm pretty content using BadgeSetList, PetSummons, and FastTravel. May play with other menus at some point.
  13. Hey, thanks for looking into this and the links. Messed around more with the transport.mnu, and it appears to be links to bases, and links to powers like Team Transport, Mission TP, etc. The badgelist.mnu is an alphabetical badge list, but we already have that built into the badgesetlist.mnu it looks like.
  14. Hope this is the right forum for this. I have the following three MNU files under my \Homecoming\data\Texts\English\Menus folder: BadgeList.mnu (from 2021), Transport.mnu (from 2021), PetSummons.mnu (from 2023). I'm not seeing updates for these. Am I just searching for the wrong names? Appreciate any guidance.
  15. Sentinel/ Regeneration/ Reconstruction no longer has a sound effect. Tried putting in a custom OGG file named reconstruction.ogg and that sound also did not play.
  16. Just checking, did anyone else notice that Sentinel/ Regeneration/ Reconstruction no longer has a sound? Tried putting in a random test sound named reconstruction.ogg and still nothing.
  17. I hadn't thought to test this prior to release, and just happened to want to farm a toon up. Could be I'm just mis-remembering how it used to work.
  18. This is correct. I thought, prior to this latest update, if you hadn't trained up to 50 yet, any Enhs you had that required 50 (like PVP or Attuned Archetype specific) used to be red and unable to be slotted with a message saying they required X level. What is happening now, while I'm only trained to 34, is when you select an Enh (ie: Ragnarok) all the slots where it should be eligible to go just gray out with no explanation anymore, whereas a 50 IO will be allowed to slot even tho' I'm only trained up to 34.
  19. My character is a 50, but I've only leveled up to 34. Didn't there used to be a warning or advice message on enhancements like Ragnarok letting you know you couldn't use them until you were fully leveled up to 50? Without this, it might confuse new players as to why they can use other 50 enhancements, but not this set. And the level number on the enhancement is blue, instead of red, giving the perception it should be able to be used.
  20. Guess I mis-worded that. The MM and Incarnate pets have "controls" whereas the other pets don't. My personal favorite is Singularity. Hey if Reverb is WAI, then ok. Just thought I'd point out how it differs from the other Controller Pets.
  21. Why does the Symphony Control Pet "Reverberant" completely stop attacking when the Controller stops attacking? The following pets remain fully functional at all times: Singularity from Gravity Control, Tri-Cannon from Aresenal Control, Umbra Beast from Darkness, Animate Stone from Earth, Gremlins from Electric, Fire Imps from Fire Control, etc, etc. The MM and Incarnate pets have "controls" whereas the other pets don't. Even Lightning Storm still attacks on it's own. I enjoy the sets with pets that act on their own. I guess the Reverb is for those who like a more passive pet. *Shrug*

  23. I just noticed that the new Tri-Cannon in Arse Control is using a new/different sound effect. If anyone knows which it is, I'd like to have the same on my Gun Drone. If I find it myself I'll update this post. Thanks 😄

  25. Incorrect power description requirements: (playing an Arse/Rad 'troller) Dark Mastery / Dark Blast "...You must be level 35 and have Torrent or Petrifying Gaze before selecting this power."
