  1. I finally decided to get me a hold of one of them fancy tw/bio scrappers and boy I'm glad I did. This thing is a ton of fun and the damage is insane. I'm close to getting T4 on all the incarnates I want for this toon. I'm in a good spot and did a pylon test and the results below: Titan Weapons/Bio Scrapper - Courageous Girl T4 Musculature T3 Assault Total Core T3 Degenerative Total Core T3 Ageless Partial Core Time: 1:20 I ran this a few times and it hovered between 1:20 and 1:25 depending on my Momentum and any misses. 1:20 was my best time.
  2. Keep in mind that Soul Drain doesn't boost Toxic damage(at least the in-game info seems to say this). So /bio's toggled PBAoE wouldn't be impacted by Soul Drain. I haven't tested in-game if that's actually accurate or just an oversight on in-game text. With that being said, I have a dm/invul that I feel I can do anything with. I don't know if they so much synergize, but /invul will keep you all nice and warm as you are pounding away with dm/.
  3. Alright. I'll throw my hat in the ring. Finally got around to running this with my main from Live. Last time I did this was before any Incarnate and my DPS was 219. This run I put on some Incarnate slots to see what I could do with her. DM/Inv Scrapper - Super Amazing Girl DPS: 252 T3 Hybrid Assault Total Radial T4 Interface Reactive Core T4 Alpha Agility Core I have a T3 Judgement, but never used it as I was afraid it'd kill my fodder for Soul Drain.
  4. I will admit there was some learning curve on my character. I have this on live but it's anywhere near IO'd with and doesn't have the T4s. Spent time finding a good attack chain, which I found on the 2nd or 3rd tower. And there were moments my pets were standing around and I didn't even realize it. Last time I played a MM it was when villains came out so I guess there's a mechanic I'm missing. I figured they would attack by default. Aeon was a fun moment. Been pretty lax about the AVs and had the same approach. That played a part in our deaths. Went from, "yawn," to, "oh wait. Maybe I should use my survive powers," but it was too late by that time. It was a good team wipe.
  5. Munkilord and I have added a notch in the stupid Scrapper tricks lore. We set our sights on duoing the STF and we were successful. There were deaths...and more deaths, but in the end we were victorious. Looking back, there were things we wish we would have done differently, but you live and learn. For some reason the Task Force complete window thought we had 0 deaths so just ignore that. This was all done on the test server so we could get our build exactly how we wanted, including T4 Incarnates. Munkilord kited LR while I took down the towers. Once those towers were down, we pummeled LR. As expected, we spent more time on LR than the rest of the TF. We'll have a video on YouTube showing our shenanigans for anyone curious. Well, I'm tired. I'm off to bed.
  6. This coming Friday (6/21) is our target date. May we die with honor.
  7. We didn't think about it, but we aren't against the idea. What is some good software to use? We've never done any streaming. We did plan on, at the very least, screen record everything.
  8. We are mapping out Incarnates that will compliment each other in our tasks against LR and the towers. Below is what we have so far and was curious what others thought. Left out Alpha on purpose as that is more tied to our builds than the others and we are still plotting out the builds. Destiny LR - Barrier Core Epiphany (+DEF / +Res) Towers - Rebirth Radial Epiphany (Heal/+Regen) I couldn't find anything that could be specific to each task for this so I just picked two that would benefit each other in a fight. Judgement LR - Ion Radial Final Judgement (Foe -End/-Recovery) Towers - Pyronic Radial Final Judgement (DMG - Fire / Chance for Disorient) Hybrid LR - Support Radial Embodiment (+Dam/+Acc/+Def/+EndMod) Towers - Same as above Interface LR - Degenerative Core Flawless (75% Chance -MaxHP / 25% minor Toxic DoT) Towers - Reactive Core Flawless Interface (75% Chance Res Debuff / 25% fire damage to attacks Lore LR - Robotic Drones Radial Superior Ally (Assault Drone Essence -Regen attacks) Towers - Storm Elemental Radial Superior Ally (Tempest Elemental Essence -End Attacks)
  9. Thanks for the input on this. Definitely gave us some new things to think about. Looking at the Interface Incarnate, would it be more beneficial to get the -ToHit and-Regen or the -DMG and -DEF?
  10. Ah. Thanks for that information. I didn't realize just how different they were. I went back on the beta server to do this and did exactly what the OP was referencing. You do get the benefit of the proc on Contaminated foes.
  11. I have been messing around with the numina's +regen/rec proc on the beta server and from what I am gathering is that the proc will trigger when you use the power. But you don't get an added +regen/rec each time you use the power. After the 120 seconds, if you aren't using the Radiation power, it will wear off and won't come back until you use the power again. So, this works, technically, but it's not how you originally theorized.
  12. It's been an interesting play. I haven't been able to fully IO it out so I haven't experienced its potential. For now, I have mainly used the Efficient stance to help my end recovery, but it also helps in regen with other powers like Ablative Carapace. Parasitic Aura and DNA Siphon work well with each other and will be better once I get high recharge. Basically, you hop in the mob, pop PA to gain regen/rec, once the mob is dead, you pop DNA Siphon to get the regen/rec from them, wash, rinse and repeat. But if you're still getting hit and PA has worn off, DNA Siphon is also a great heal in and of itself. Then you throw in Ablative Carapace which is basically adding more to your max HP because of the Absorb mechanic. It's not out the question to get 100-150 hp/sec regen and 8+ rec/sec. The Contaminated mechanic from Rad creates another heal from Radiation Siphon. Irradiated Ground has a chance to contaminate and since it's a PBAoE, it can Contaminate most of the baddies around you, therefore, making Radiation Siphon a decent heal. I took Tough and Weave for added defense and Res. I can't really find a reason to NOT take them. Evolving Armor seems a little weak and doesn't have a big of a increase in numbers when saturated like something like Invincibility from Invulnerable or RttC from WP. All in all, I think this will be a fantastic set and lots of ways to mitigate damage. I'm not sure what the attack chain will be, yet, but it will include Radiation Siphon to have a fairly consistent heal and it's a quick animation. IG and GC provide some good AoE and since they also have a -def, along with the rest of Rad, it makes your attacks happen that more often. If you wanted to get cute, you could put some procs in IG and really mess people up. I've invested very little in my live build and I can survive more than I feel I should.

  14. Been tinkering with this for a while and I feel I'm close, but need some fresh eyes on it. Been trying to get E/N soft capped along with the others and I know there's some play with F/C. Parasitc Aura could use some healing juice, as well. I have slotted an Alpha Incarnate and plan to do more, but I want to build before I get the rest since a lot of the rest has cool downs. I didn't build around the "stances" since those are situational and I want a constant baseline. Any help is appreciated. 15. The Value is a bit off, normally it always adds 7.5 Base Value but in Pine it adds 8.7 as Base Value. And in Game it also adds 7.5 to negative energy, in Pine it adds 0. Yeah, the values I put in were off slightly. The Database Editor's method of showing numbers is... weird to say the least. Negative has been added. The file in the OP has been updated with those minor fixes. Regarding Bio-Armor : It looks like there's some problem within the program with it recognizing the special cases. There's a special case 'DefensiveAdaptation' that doesn't seem to work at all. Hardened Carapace is set to add 5.63% extra res whenever DefensiveAdaptation is on, but that check doesn't appear to work. I've modified it a dozen different ways, but the check for DefensiveAdaptation seems to be broken. Without looking at the code, i'm shooting blind and the chances I'll find what makes it trigger are very, very low. The same issue applies with recognizing the 'EfficientAdaptation' case. There 's a 30% endurance discount that never triggers because the program doesn't seem to recognize when the 'EfficientAdaptation' power is active. I REALLY wish I had access to the code for the program, if so I could see why the triggers aren't working and work in a fix. Too much is happening out of sight. I do appreciate you looking into it. Knowing why it doesn't work is better than nothing. I could always figure out the numbers and see it live in game, but just helps build with it. You're doing awesome work and it's greatly appreciated.
  16. I, for one, am getting real sick and tired of this Mary person. She simply needs to go. If I had a mind, I'd give her a piece of it. If I log on tomorrow and see Mary, it's over for me. You hear me?!? CURTAINS!!
  17. Channelock
  18. Could you look over the stances for Bio Armor for Scrappers? Offensive is the only stance that appears to show any changes to the numbers.
  19. I'm going to be joining Munkilord in this endeavor and I've been tinkering with a Rad/Bio build. Between DNA Siphon and Parasitic Armor, I can get some pretty crazy regen numbers that can rival WP. I saw a few talk about Rad/ as it will help with the -def. Rad/ will also provide more healing with contaminated baddies. Would Irradiated Ground almost act as a small heal with the contaminated mechanic? Is that a pretty vital power to have in something like this? If we are popping enough insps candy, it can fill in gaps when it matters. Or I can just scratch all of that and beef up more on my dm/inv. It's already up there as I have solo'd the ITF with it, but I'm sure I'll need to modify it some to match what I'll expect to see on the STF. I'll hang up and listen.
  20. I was just looking through this thread on the old boards the other day. I was trying to find my number for my DM/Inv scrapper. I know I was either one or two for DM(non-SD). I'll have to go back through that thread to make sure. I hope to re-create the build again and do this.
  21. Figured we'd get this started up. It was always my favorite part of the old forums. Scrapperlock forever.
