  3. I am sorry, will have to miss Theme Team again. Also, not sure if I will be able to make it at all the next couple of weeks. There is just too much going on right now with work, family and life in general. Hopefully this will all be sorted out some time in August, when summer vacation comes, I hopefully will have signed my papers and have a little break before starting over in a new job. So for now, everything here will be a bit ad lib.

  9. Check the menu and go to the I.D. Option. You can edit your Battle Cry and Bio there as you would in character creation.

  12. Hello Folks, my next build project is a Dark/Rad Controller that I recreated from live, but never built with anything other than SOs back then. So I have tried to put something together, which I would like to get some feedback on. I am not very savvy in doing this, so please help me learn 😉 I have all the ressources I need to push it to the max. What have I tried to accomplish here: Naturally, Perma Hasten to Perma AM Get either defenses or resistances to hold up to incarnate action. Defense seemed to come easier here, so I went with that. Not sure if I overdid things a bit, tho... Things I like to keep for thematic reasons: Choking Cloud and the pet from Mace I wonder if this will be endurance challenged. MIDS tells me I am at 3,49 rec vs. 2,55 usage Not much in the damage department. Basically I will be hitting with my procced out ST Hold, and the rest will just be controls and debuffs, I guess.   14. I think there is a new regular thing called Mastermind Mondays at 20:00 CET. At least it has been going for a couple weeks now. And - as the name implies - caters to the need of those who only feel safe in groups of more than 60 entities 😉 The Twang All-Archer Teams are not a Thing anymore, I am afraid, since Crimson disappeared. But I am seriously considering to revive it myself, as I always had such a great time with all them arrows. Just right now too busy still with the plane crash I call my Job. But the time may come...
  15. @TrixieKixx I may go a little bit more liberal on the cartoon theme with a character from a very early anime that was very popular here in germany when I was young. Like, really young 🙂 ! The show was called "Captain Future" and my character is made to his likeness: Captain Futurist, a DP / SR Sentinel. He's level 32 now, so I need to dust him up and play him to the remaining 3 levels for Numina. He had been scheduled to run with the Nerds theme, which I missed. So here is another chance. That being said, my participation isn't like 100% sure yet. I keep you posted. EDIT: For reference, this is what I am talking about: And as a bonus: The TV Soundtrack to this show has a near legendary status amongst german nerd culture: It is also a fine example of early 80ies Synth-Disco-Jazz! Try it! 🙂
  16. So, after running it for a while now, I guess my take on this build is: a) Probably lacking a little on the damage side... b) ...but boy! He's quite untouchable and almost plays like a Tank! I just roll with it! I also like the versatility of Staff and Bio stances. Edit: And just as an afterthought: One of the best ideas was to proc the living hell out of DNA Siphon! That just adds nicely to the overall AoE goodness that comes with staff fighting.

  25. So, given all the discussion beforehand about this weeks theme team, I think this worked out absolutely great! Fantastic turn-out, with even a new player filling the last spot so we could field a full team! Welcome @ZekeStenzland and hope to see you around again in the future! And boy, did we blow out that Titan IN NO TIME! Of all the times I have been going for this, it never went down THAT fast! 🙂 I know how confusing this trial can be when you do it the 1st time. I still struggle finding my way through there, so it is good to have people knowing what to do and where to go. So thanks for that, made this whole thing a lot more enjoyable. Re: Theme! Another great showing of faboulousness, people! I was a wee bit sceptical about how to do a decent Punk look when I first read it. But after deciding for a character to use, and digging into the CC, it turns out this was no problem at all! And you can see how well this worked just looking at the pics! Just great! I don't know about the rest of you, but I absolutely had a blast again running with you guys and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Also, blasting away at hapless mobs added a good part to the fun! So thank you all for making it happen. Great Theme - Great Team! And I am glad we did go for this Trial after all! Looking at next week, I am probably not gonna make it on saturday, got invited to another friends birthday bash and likely not be at home then. I will prepare a Hippie Toon nonetheless, just because I wanna see what can be done about it! 😎
