  1. I think we as forum posters may be overthinking things. Based on my playtesting I think most players will see these changes as buffs.
  2. I haven't tested this extensively myself, do we know how much one wants to slot Hover versus EvMa?

  4. Also, Warshades still don't have their own version of Team Teleport.
  5. Peacebringer Dwarf Form Teleport still does not correctly allow the user to move immediately, Warshade version does.
  6. After playing with Super Speed and its new jumping mechanic a bit, my suggestion is you Lower the amount of time it takes running to trigger the buff. Bring it down to 2 seconds.
  7. Just tested out the changes to Teleport on my Energy/Energy Blaster and all I can say is WOW! Teleport now gets you Further, Faster, and with almost no chance to #^@& up. Even with Boost Range and full range slotting I can teleport directly onto surfaces at the limit of range! THANK YOU SO MUCH, THIS HAS BEEN BUGGING ME SINCE i4!

  9. I'm not sure if the self +damage from PFF and the ally +damage effect from Force Bubble should stack on the caster, but maybe.
  10. I think maybe the passive mez resist from clarity is too much, but I'm still happy with the rest of it. This would be an awesome version of the set to play.

  14. Sonic Siphon: Add a moderate pbaoe ally +regen, +recovery effect on successful hit. Sonic Cage: Becomes a toggle that automatically shuts off after 30 seconds. Enemies in proximity to the Sonic Cage suffer from -Speed, -Recharge. Sonic Dispersion: Add Psi Resistance. Sonic Repulsion: Remove the additional endurance cost per enemy effected. Clarity: Casting this power on an ally creates a sympathetic vibration giving the caster Protection from Sleep for a short time. Simply owning this power gives the caster resistance to (but not protection from) sleep, fear, and confuse. Liquefy: Lower the base recharge to 3 minutes.
  15. Personal Force Field: Add Sleep Protection. In addition, when you turn OFF the PFF you get a moderate damage bonus for 10 seconds (effect only available once a minute). Force Bolt: Add strong non-stacking -Damage. Detention Field: Becomes a toggle that turns off automatically after 30 seconds. Mobs in proximity to the Detention Field are Immobilized. Repulsion Field: Remove the additional endurance cost per enemy effected. Force Bubble: Caster and allies within the bubble gain endurance over time. When the bubble is turned off all inside gain a moderate damage bonus for 15 seconds (effect only available once a minute).

  17. You can easily get very close to the cap for both range and end in 3 slots by frankenslotting, 2 Zephyr, 1 Jaunt.
  18. To be frank, all of those animations are also too long.
  19. The issue is that Mighty Leap gets Takeoff AND Double Jump (because the Jump Pack is identical to DJ except in end cost). My suggestion is to put a jumping buff (similar to Takeoff) in Acrobatics, so that the Super Jumper can, with investment, go as fast or faster than the Mighty Leaper. Since the devs themselves indicated that the latest changes are intended to make the Travel pools better at their specialty than the Origin pool, it seems like a reasonable request.
  20. The easiest way to fix SS is to give Hand Clap damage. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
  21. sometimes the music plays, sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out if there's any pattern to it.
  22. When Council Ascendants enter their "Hibernation" mode, the shields are not visible.

  23. Does this mean that powers flagged defense all will give you toxic defense?
  24. Defense against Range, Melee, or AoE covers toxic attacks. Defense All includes those.
