  1. The cap you refer to is only available 1/3 of the time, so on average you’re still slower. You just have an edge over short distances.
  2. I only ran it once. I moved to avoid geometry on a couple of occasions. One also might be able to get better times on the others as well, I'm sure.
  3. Maybe they could let the WS Dwarf use the WS Combat TP and let the PB Nova use the PB EvM...or something like that...
  4. Thanks. Guess I'm out of the loop.
  5. Gotta say, Dwarf teleport now really feels way too slow, in terms of animation time. Should be closer to Jaunt/Combat TP. If the Dwarf inherits nothing more I would suggest At Least cutting the Dwarf Step animation time to match that of regular TP. (and again, PB Dwarf still cannot move immediately after porting while WS Dwarf can, sorry if I'm getting repetitious)
  6. Teleport is now insanely fast. Still seems fair though, because it still requires the most player input.
  7. From my testing I have to conclude that to make Fly any faster would be unfair to SS.
  8. These tests were done with each travel power slotted with 3 even level SOs of its main component (3 run, jump, fly, or range). Swift has 1 Run and 1 Fly SO, Hurdle has 1 Jump SO, Stamina is 3 slotted. No end red in TP. No other global buffs. This slotting puts Fly and SJ at their caps. SS is just under its cap at 118.72 mph (with lvl 50 IOs SS is also capped). First test was in Nerva Archipelago from the Ferry in the south to the Tree Hugger badge in the far north. This is an almost entirely unobstructed, flat run. Teleport took 33 seconds (for this test I turned on unslotted Temp Invuln, Unyielding, and Invincible. Endurance barely moved.) SS took 60 seconds (SIDE NOTE: Momentum ring NEVER appeared on this entire journey though most of it was across flat water.) SJ took 63 seconds Fly took 68 seconds Second test was in Dark Astoria, from the Talos gate to the Death's Head Supplicant badge in the northeast. Teleport took 22 seconds. (for this test I turned on Temp Invuln, Unyielding, Invincible, SS, SJ, and Fly. Endurance dropped a little, but not much.) Fly took 34 seconds. SJ took 34 seconds. SS took 50 seconds. (This is an average. I got stuck several times on objects on the ground or behind walls Momentum wouldn't get me over. I ran the test multiple times. The slowest run was over 70 seconds. The fastest was about 45. YMMV.)
  9. Is anyone else seeing the intermittent behavior from SS Momentum I was seeing?
  10. There are a also a couple Alphas with +Range
  11. Boost Range is easily permaable. Clarion Radial I’m not sure.
  12. PB Dwarf Step still keeps you hovering even if you try to move.
  13. Created a bug thread for this: SS Momentum seems to only work intermittently or partially in some zones. So far: Works fine in St. Martial and Skyway City. Works intermittently or partially or not at all in Talos Island and Independence Port.
  14. I would like to know to what extent the latest changes are being mirrored for PB/WS/Dwarf.
  15. The buffs to Teleport are HUGE.
  16. These tests measure travel with identical slotting. Each travel power has 1 SO (Run, Fly, Jump, and Range). Swift has 1 Run and 1 Fly SO. Hurdle has 1 Jump SO. Stamina has 3 lvl 50 IOs. No other global buffs of any kind. Tested in St. Martial, from Krazy Mark in the southeast to Dead Man's Tree in the northwest. Teleport took 30 seconds SJ took 55 seconds Fly took 58 seconds SS took 1 minute, 3 seconds was going to test in other zones, but I kept encountering bugs with SS Momentum so now I'm working on that.
  17. I'd like to make one suggestion for Super Jump/Mighty Leap. I would love a Costume option that lets us always jump in the "arms and legs spinning" animation.
  18. It happened when I was trying to teleport AWAY from the Black Market (Krazy Mark) in St. Marts. Once the bug stopped I was able to teleport without issue from the same location.
  19. Momentum feature of Super Speed seems to no longer be working, or is working only intermittently or something. EDIT: It's working for me in St. Marts, but NOT in Independence Port. Went to Talos, seems to only work intermittently.
  20. Experienced a very strange bug. Trying to test teleport. The first few times I clicked it the animation processed but I didn't go anywhere, I teleported in place. After a couple more attempts it started working normally and now I can't replicate the bug.
  21. Yes it is. It was a test of performance at the caps in a place that isn’t just a long straightaway. Just because I didn’t test what You want to test doesn’t make the test invalid. But it’sa good suggestion and I will test today using One slot in each toggle.
  22. That is a choice. Min/maxers may not get much out of these changes, but that does not mean there’s anything wrong with the changes themselves.
  23. Yet more numbers. Real world tests of Maxed out travel in Boomtown and St. Martial. All three toggle travel powers were slotted such that they were at their caps. Teleport was slotted with 3 range and 3 end red (for testing purposes) No global bonuses of any kind. In Boomtown going from the Base Portal to the North West corner of the map took approximately: 56 seconds with SS (including several leaps with Momentum, monitoring Jump stats while running you can see that you don't need the Ring to light up for it to be useful) 55 seconds with Fly (including one use of Afterburner) 54 seconds with SJ (including one use of Double Jump to clear most of the city in one leap) 37 seconds with Teleport In St. Martial going from Krazy Mark in the South East to Dead Man's Tree at the North West corner of the island: 60 seconds with SS 49 seconds with Fly (one use of AB) 48 seconds with SJ (one use of DJ) 31 seconds with Teleport These tests show the toggle powers in VERY close parity, with SS struggling a bit in difficult terrain. I imagine SoS would perform very similarly to SS, with Jaunt instead of Momentum, Mighty Leap should perform very similarly to SJ with Takeoff instead of Double Jump. Testing Mystic Flight and Translocation might prove interesting. How many times must I hit Translocation to make up for Afterburner? Still, the difference is likely to be very, very small. Maybe I'll test the Origin pools and Infiltration tomorrow.
  24. Teleport's icon activation, the little blue swirl that runs round the icon while it is activating, doesn't end after activating the power. It goes away when you zone.
