    I think it probably should...it's certainly faster than CJ, CT, or Hover, especially slotted.

    I'm sorry if it has been mentioned, what about the idea of allowing global recharge to effect Afterburner?

    Double Jump icon seems to start blinking the moment I turn it on.

    The game isn't remotely balanced for soloing 4/8 farms nor should it be.

    As Jimmy said, the other 2 powers being bad isn't really relevant. They need to be good, and if they aren't that's a separate problem.

    You spend a Slot Mover salvage to move one slot from one power to another. This would save many unnecessary respecs.

    30% uptime is just fine on RoP which I think is achievable on beta with Hasten and some IOs or Incarnate powers. If you NEED it more than that then you should be using Clarion instead.

    My understanding is that it is considered a Travel Power for the purposes of combat suppression.

    Sounds like the old Peacebringer whine problem. Should change it fade out like the PB sounds do now.

    Presumably then they should REMAIN faster (that is now they should be in between P2W and Fly).

    Ok, without arguing against any of those completely valid points... I would also be ok with REMOVING Arachnos Soldiers from the list! XD

    They are as much a pet class as most controllers.

    I think Warshades should be included in the "Pets" listing on the character creation screen. It's possible there are some other things that could change there, but that's the one that keeps bugging me.

    I'm unclear on what problem you're trying to solve. The only difference here seems to be given EM a small always on Def bonus.

    Am I mistaken in thinking Rocket Board has always been faster than Jet Pack, justified by not being able to use other powers with it?

    You can also keep Hover on, further increasing your Defense.

    Sound effects are still mistimed on Mission Transporter when using Custom colors.

    The power it’s replacing had ZERO use in combat and the new options allow you to go FASTER. This comment makes no sense.

    Hover +EM doesn’t suppress. Fly does.

    And is no longer OAS. Flight is getting a reasonable boost to travel speed and a huge boost to combat speed.

    But that said, it WOULD be nice if it was clearly a buff, even with no enhancements. For the skeptics. XD

    I think we as forum posters may be overthinking things. Based on my playtesting I think most players will see these changes as buffs.
