Maybe it has something to do with this: https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=mastermind_pets.soldier_2.equip Look at modifier and it's written there: Melee_SpeedJumping While on other Mastermind powers, like https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=mastermind_pets.droid_2.resistance it's written: Melee_Res_Dmg Thus maybe the power tries to enhance its stength using Jumping Speed Modifier instead of Damage Resistance modifier, which is why either Robotics or Mercenary Version of +Resistance end ups using wrong modifier (multiplier).

Well it seems they DO get enhanced (l tested it on Brainstorm), but use WRONG modifier (Multiplier) because of Melee_SpeedJumping thing instead of Melee_DMG_RES.

The combined terrorize could get Magnitude of 6 or 7 with a chance for the Main Target of its Targeted AoE, and Magnitude 3 for other target of the power. This will be even more reliable, because to mez the boss it's required Magnitude 4 of effect, and that means using both powers onto boss will succeed with chance not 0.95*0.95=0,9025 = 90,25%, but with 95% as it'll be the only click. But this is again a TBD stuff in general, the main thing is everyone must have access to all-time Taunt Aura for convenience purposes, to be able to stahp Architect Entertainment Boss from marathonning across the map like a headless chicken. -

But we already have temporary Taunt aura, it's called Melee Radial Embodiment (and weaker versions - uncommon & rare ones). 2 min taunt, then 2 min CD. l propose merging 2 pool Terrorize powers into one (how often do people even use Terrorizes?), that would to Targeted AoE Terrorize, then replace one of them to Taunt Aura power, that would do nothing except for Taunting enemies. -
The CLIENT SIDE code blocks from executing all command including DISMISS via chat commands: /petcomname X dismiss or /petcompow X dismiss Despite the fact that SERVER SIDE allows it. So it's an example of client-server desync. In any case when the pet is not commandable. Although there are many dismissable, but not commandable pets. Seeker Drones are one example, Arachnobots Disruptor and Fortunata Mistress from epic pools are another. Note, that following combo works: /petselectname X /petcom dismiss But this drops a selection from the enemies, which may be inconvenient, thus consider fixing thas please.

Stone armor. Honestly you will need only Granite, then can totally SKIP another Armors (Rock Armor, Brimstone Armor, Crystal Armors, Minerals), if really desire - (won't advice) Rooted, Earth Embrace, (really won't advice) Stone Skin (and you have to have it by game design anyway, as Rock Armor is skippable). 90% res to most except maybe PSI if you don't want it and 45% typed def are guaranteed u won't fall in even FireFarm and 4+ TF. But as you've Teleportation pool you will have to rely on Teleport Powers in combat mostly, because granite is slow as Heck. l understand that players who play Tankish characters may not be satisfied in aforementioned Presence rework, because it might somewhat (not 100% though) reduce usefullness of their Tankish alts, as every single character could get a Taunt option. But generally it's a bad Tank application, that they're used not for Soaking enemy's damage, but for stopping marathonning-across-all-over-the-map AV option. It's like in DCUO at very beginning there was a nonsence, that Crowd Control powersets were used not for Mezzing enemies, as it's must be, but for Providing Energy (blue bar) to players, so Controllers were technically Healers for players' blue bars, and thus called "daycare". Imagine if enemies in this game were dealing Single Target damage MANAGEABLE for a player character with 90% resistance, but NOT MANAGEABLE for a character with 75% resistance. Then l believe actual Tank archetypes, i.e. Tankers or Brutes would be useful in terms of Soaking incoming damage, as they meant to be. Generally there is an option to tauntlock an AV being any AT, besides current Presence Provoke, but unfortunately it will work only 2 minutes, then the next 2 minutes it will start an crossing enemy away, as it's a Hybrid power. No. l believe you must switch it off if you're going to stealth, or it will autoaggro in any case, it's PBAoE damage aura after all.

This is how it was intended to work all the time during previous years here on Homecoming forum, and it worked perfectly well, without multiplying toxicity, and this forum must be reverted back to that awesome state. Then u just write a post under the topic that you're disagreeing and about what exactly do you disagree. Otherwise it's like throwing a rotten tomato into someone's picture. -

Fully agree with this! Made my own topic with the same suggestion, before looking @ this! Yah, thumbs down DEFINITELY must be deleted. Honestly it must have not been added to the list at all!

Yeah this stupid reaction does nothing but adds FLAME and TOXICITY to all the players, which is bad by definition. When l was playing CoH & using forums a while ago, there was just 2 reactions - a heart and a goblet, and none of that could be used as a dislike. And generally all reaction added are neutral BUT THUMBS DOWN. Which is why this reaction must be deleted to all the hells, and all thumb down symbols placed by players onto other players posts or topics must be nullified.- 22 replies

Yeah, it's a matter of discussion of course. But when you're playing on Sentinal or Defender for instance, and different AE missions a boss must be stopped from doing its Marathon Jogging across all over the map. Bosses and other enemies in e.g. Maria Jenkins arc (Praetorian Supervillains) never start headless chickenning across the all map for some reason. Yet player-created enemies in AE do it for some reason. Also We could look @ Battle Maiden and Romulus from 3rd mission of ITF - first one never starts marathonning, and the other does it if no Tanker/Brute/Scrapper with Taunt Aura or Blaster's Device Turret (recently added Turret of Arsenal powerset counts too). So there's some sort of Major AI difference, maybe e.g. an enemy thinks it has only 5% of its HP bar left when it's at 98% HP or sorta stuff like that due to some unhandled long-lasting bug, thus starts running around. Biggest thing l propose making Taunt Aura in Presence powerset, that would do nothing, but Taunt an enemy and stop that marvelous crossing nonsense. -

Have you tried to pick Sorcery & Force of Will, for instance, together? You couldn't be able to do that, because these sets are tied to possible character Power origin - there's 5 of these and they're shown in any character view info window - Magic, Mutation, Natural, Science & Technology. Certain Titles are also available or not available because of your character Power origin selected during toon creation. These 5 sets are origin-based, because you can pick only one of them (although it doesn't depend on your character origin), Sorcery obviously is tied to Magic, Experimentation - to Science, Force of Will - to Mutation. While Gadgetry would be Technology based, and Utility Belt - Natural. A Natural character gets envenomed knife throw (didn't recall exact name) when toon is created, and Utility Belt has been planned to have envenomed dagger Cone AoE: https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=pool.utility_belt.flying_kick Also Athletics temporary speed boost looks way more natural-fitting, than any technology.

Well this is interesting. So it must be that Presence pool is the most outdated Pool powerset now, and as Concealment and Teleportation, and all travel pools got their reworks, the same way Presence pool could be brought up to date finally. -

Another variant is to merge Fear powers from the Presence Powerset into one (Targeted AoE Terrorize) and replace one of Fear powers with "Provicative Aura" - this could encourage players to use more than 1 builds for their Semi-Tanky characters (1 with Presence pool and 1 without it at least).
