Try to press and immediately release following keys: Left ALT, Left CONTROL, Left SHIFT. Usually on my character this happens when the game for some strange reason still thinks one of these complimentary keys is still pressed and not released. So when u press say "4" it might think u pressed ALT+4 or CTRL+4 and don't do aything. This might be a bit annoyin' if u assigned some toggle on that key because it may detoggle it & u may not notice that immediately.

Because just how debuffs usually work. Imagine there is special prescripted enemy that has 100% resistance. Usually it is immune to resistance debuffs and therefore cannot be damaged. But if there is TSOO boss that enemy may get its resistance lowered to 90% and become already damageable. Which in its order may break certain mechanic. Of course l'm not aware of these enemies, only thing l can think of is Keyes iTRIAL consoles. -

Because Debuff resistance must NOT resist any buff, and it doesn't do that with any buffs except BP Lore Support Pet's Empowering Burst powah!!! That's why! -
But why? U can score Immobilize protection from Combat Jumping power, knockback protection from Zephyr Blessing/other IO's those grant KB prot (usually 3're nuff to protect from most KB from what We know), other mez protection from Fire and Plasma shield? What do you need from Acrobatics at all?

How about the solid lack of enjoyment for normal 50+1 T3/T4 incarnates, if they make level not +4 and receive much less XP+INF, while also have constant feeling that they clobber weak enemies?! The game is balanced poorly, and endgame characters steamroll most endgame content, while underleveled ones may struggle to defeat even a minion. But otoh the same issue present in practically any game. Luckily here in City of Heroes, having a firefarmer, you can powerrun all the path from 1 to 50+1 within several hours (for me it usually takes 3 hours, but more damage firefarmers may lower that time), so l usually never have problems with it. -

And that's quite true. + also AFAIR when someone in team defeats +5 add, they get more experience than for +4 add. So to speak, they actually level faster being exemplared to lvl 49, than lvl 50, so it's beneficial to them, if We recall correctly how it works. -

Also plz make its SUPPORT pet (Empowering Burst power) +REGEN +REC and +END UNRESISTIBLE!!! Or maybe UNRESISTABLE that would work too! Tsoo BOSS PBAoE's -RES power is unresistible, and lMO it needs to have that flag taken off as well. -

Lvl 50 characters also usually have +1 incarnate shift, so it's not quite true what u stated above. It's not 30% effectiveness vs. 48%, it's actually 30% effectiveness vs. 66%. Thus agree that it's not the same! -
You have to make custom villain group, and add only Zombies from Banished pantheon on this for instance. Then use that Custom Group in your mission. This way only certain types of adds from the group will spawn.

But according to the same City of Data - Enervating Storm power cast by Banished Support https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=banishedpantheon.defiler_pets.frigid_storm&at=minion_praetoriansmall Still DOES ignore level difference. It's autohit, affects up to 999 (what is this number, l thought 255 is the highest) targets, does damage and is cast by untouchable Support at the same time. If the pattern is going to be followed l think it should have # of targets reduced to 16 and its Damage replaced to something like -50% REGEN. Also Talons of Vengeance Boss has Seasonal Shift damaging power which hits 255 targets, l think it must be reduced to 16 as well. Heh. It looks though like these Lore pets: Banished Pantheon Talons of Vengeance Knives of Vengeance Tsoo Were introduced either right before shutdown, or even during shutdown, by the SCORE guy(s). Given that SCORE guy(s) did not have access to all CoH tools, it's even miracle lMO how they could even make ALL THAT JAZZ including Rad Armor/Melee other powersets, Sentinel AT, new zone Khallisti (even if it was in source code they grabbed), Market Crash TF, enabling Costume pieces, Tintable Epic/Incarnate Powers, some new AE powersets, a lot of other new content/revampz etc... And tons of tons of tons of otha stuff, and their dogs. Well when one-to-very-few persons do such hellish amount of work, like Unbroken Spirit update, it becomes absolutely no surprising that numerous lil' untidinesses will be left here and there, and Banished Pantheon improper flagging is one of them. What's HOMECOMING team needs is to listen carefully to players who report about these bugs and fix them in no time!

Yeah, l can confirm it now - on my beloved Stone/Savage Tanker it restores ALOT less Endurance that it could be because it because Endurance/Recovery Debuff resistance RESISTS Banished Pantheon REC/REGEN buffs. At least REGEN resistance isn't too big, but it is still resisted by Ageless Radial Epiphany. About Recharge - it seems to have been fixed somewhere between this was originally posted and present moment, but REC/REGEN buffs are still buggy. Fix them please as well! For new lore pets as well as AE enemies it's pretty common issue that some of their powers has improper tagging, which is understandable, because when you add 1000 or so powers and their at once - there will be mistakes among that stuff. Another example: TSOO Lore Boss has -RES that is tagged as Unresistible, which probably means it can -RES things the better, the more RES they have. Like an enemy that has 90% resistance to certain damage type will be lowered to 80%, and damage effectively doubled, and not 89% as it should be. If there's some enemy that has exactly 100% resistance (not 10000% resistance like Vanguard Dummy) and designed to be immune to damage, then that enemy probably can be damaged if a player uses TSOO Lore Boss (maybe it can hit even Keyes iTRIAL consoles and make them destroyed w/out using Temp Powers).

l recommend following Combo: 1. Tanker - Stone Armor/Savage Melee - takes Fold Space, Teleport, Combat Teleport. Indestructible, taunts enemies preventing them to cluck away. Should Warp forward & take aggro. Utilize Fold Space to group adds into a bunch. 2. Blaster - Fire Blast/Darkness Manipulation - after Tanker warps into the gang, uses Aim, then Soul Drain, effectively capping +DMG of most attack and then BOOM!!! Inferno -> into fireball -> into other splashes. Remaining Boss-classed enemies are going to be annihilated with Blazing Bolt & Blaze single target powers, ST powers also for AV and enemies those tend to stay at range when u fight AV (bosses or weren't warped to enemy for some reason). l'm pretty sure there's no content that cannot be accomplished using this except for maybe Barracuda SF, where Reichsman sometimes uses intangible+selfheal combo, and only Masterminds and Defenders can stop him from heal. Then maybe Brute/Tanker+Defender or Brute/Tanker+MM combo, but that may become slower than Blaster on other content. Depending how much u want to duo Barracuda SF. Accounts get 1000 slots though, so there's always place for experimenting. Btw.: why u're mentioning "wife" while having a girlie (or is that) on yer avatar? -
SUGGESTION: Remove -tohit from group fly

Group Fly should be made a CLICK power with short cooldown, that would bestow fly ability to all friendly targets in its PBAoE range. Also buff hung by it should be cancellable. Of course if it does -ToHit it's rubbish, there shouldn't be a single power that debuffs teammates! -
Well, right now EnA is leading, what l thought of selection it before, but... Let the move Votes come! l kinda had a toon "Laleila" which was built as something resembling Staff Fighting/Dark Armor Stalker, but didn't like that Dark Armor is +RES based & thus became quite interruptable. Maybe l shud just had to rethink Mah rotation! U probably have met "Laleila" in SWTOR universe. If you have ever been there, l believe name "Laleila" should associate with sentence "outstanding, amazing, extremely nice, magnificent and excellent girlie n.n". Well, whateva, it's not the PSI damage ayway. Also can ayone give some build & explanation of how to use Rotation at bosses and adds?

But it's Resistance-based Set, not Defense-based. This is going to catch Loads of Interrupts! Generally Shield Defense/Bio Armor are notably strong for Scrappers. Titan Weapon/Bio Armor Scrapper was the Meme for long time, and even required nerfhammer smash. l believe probably even more powerful Titan Weapon/Shield Defense Scrapper would have been, but that combo was (and is) NOT allowed. Scrappers do NOT have Interruptable attacks though, so Bio Armor's Smash/Lethal +RES instead of +DEF possibly caps to 75% with Tough, which could make decent protection even if S/L defense is below the Cap, and thus generally acceptable, so Willpower is... For Stalker as far as l remember Shield Defense +DMG suppresses when hidden, causing no +DMG buff, while Bio Armor is interrupted with Smashing/Lethal Damage. If there's a Tank or Brute player in the team, and that player is near enemy - that's not questioned usually, because Hide also gives AoE +DEF, but in Soloplay enemies see through hide & issue their Single Target attacks, whose have fair chance to Interrupt. +also Bio may be kinda unwanted VFX-wise, so Shield could be, but it's all depending on Toon's Theme of course. Vote for more, make this poll decently Representative PLZ!!

Taunt Aura Stealth suppression on Brutes and Tankers...

Have you tried switching yer Taunt Aura off while stealthing past enemies. Or you don't want to perform an extra click, but instead wanna force Devs to work for what u need? But generally lMO well-built tank should be survivable enough to run past enemies w/out caring about their noticing or not noticing! Especially Dark Armor, which caps pretty much ALL resistances except Energy & Toxic? l think all powers, those currently provide stealth for Tank or Brute on their primary or secondary should get that Stealth removed, so enemies see the player from afar. -

Would like to get some answer! The SECONDARY question is the most sensible, because unlike slotting, Epic/Patron, Incarnates, character appearance it cannot be respecced out and changed after the toon gets established and in upgrading stage, it has to be chosen when toon is being created, then set in a stone, so to speak!

A while ago l decided to make actual Stalker toon, that would have Psionic Primary, so it could penetrate certain enemies' DCD's, but then l have certain questions: Stalker ATO - l believe l read somewhere that there's some trick as something would better go with Highest Hitter or something - can u suggest Me how to slot Primary Powers? And more importantly what to pair it With? l looked at certain Sets, but as far as l can understand it - those buff +DEF are far, far more desirable, especially in Solo Play than +RES, because. 1. When enemy notices a player, players +STEALTH radius means Absolutely nothing, as Enemy'll continue to see player magically. 2. Enemy can attack player, and if player gets hit, the player'll be unstealthed & Assassin-something Attack is going to be interrupted. That narrows the choice, but what set exactly is considered to be the best? l looked @ certain possibilities: Ninjitsu - upsides - has Flashbang Power, which can Placate Multiple enemies. Have no idea how AoE placate is useful RN. Is it VERY good or moderaltly good or poor? Has selfheal power. Besides that it has pretty poor stats & may require unwanted IO to cap all Positional Defenses, click Antimez power, and Caltrops would be good AoE, but it causes enemy to have clucked. Many skippable powers in a set in general. Super Reflexes - upsides - it caps Positional Defenses pretty easily, defensively increases +RES's depending on HP, offensively +20% Recharge. Downside - click antimez power, no selfheal. Shield Defense - upsides - it has extra Splash that spawns Pseudopet and doesn't break Stealth, has some +RES and +HP besides DEF. Downside that on stalker its +DMG when hidden probably would work wonky, click antimez power, no selfheal. Energy Aura - upsides - it has Great Typed +DEF stats, which are easily capped, also portion of +RES and SelfHeal. Has an Endurance Draining power that buffs DEF. Also +20% to Recharge, toggle Antimez power. Downside is its PSI and TOX hole because of no Positional Melee/Ranged defenses, that means these enemies can interrupt character! Disrupt and T9 are likely skippable, or that Mez won't be excessive? Ice Armor - upsides - it has decent S/L/E/Ne Typed Defenses, but Fire/Ice powers can interrupt. Fire powers are usually AoE though, so hide's +37.5% AoE DEF is going to cap DEF to e.g. Council Flamethrower. Has Selfheal, +END and DEF buff and Amazing T9 Res Button. Aura deals -DAMAGE. Toggle Antimez Power. Plenties of defenses, no extra Offense though, PSI/TOX hole is like previous one. Bio Armor - upsides - it has Capped F/C/E/Ne and partially PSI +DEF (EDIT: slightly better than INV), a lot of offensive buffs such as +DMG and +ToHit. Obvious downside - Smashing/Lethal Attacks are going to interrupt Main attack, thus maybe great in Teams, but lackluster in Solo. Haven't tried though, so dunno reilly. Willpower - upsides +END, Capped Environmental and PSI +DEF (EDIT: even worse than INV). Downside is - and very big - Smashing/Lethal Attacks interrupt. Thus don't think it's going to work well. Invulnerability - VERY TOUGH to cap S/L/E/Ne/F/C Typed +DEF, but doable from what it looks and tons of +RES, debuff resistances and Heal/HP on top of that. No extra offenses though... So l think besides survivability it isn't brilliant anywhere - and payoff for that may become quite crippling and fatal for the build. Has PSI/TOX hole, so these damage types may interrupt. So, what do you think - what Secondary to Choose?

Confuse IO Set Conversion Statistical Imbalance?

It seems to be marked internally somehow, because when l was converting some other sets - it sometimes was beginning to drop only those Enhs, whose are present at LvL 40. However, if attuned enh's bought from AH it seems that it doesn't have such issue. Tested onto some DEF or RES sets, whose lvl 50 sets start with 20, and covers also ... Btw.: maybe internal enh's level changes with each conversion, and it can convert only to ENH that is present in Current ENH level. This way only enhs with 20-30 internal level are going to convert down. -

Lahle. Generally now it's a part of my Hyperkreator, but that doesn't have to be anyhow neutered. It's kinda handy to be able to modify Kostumes this way within mah Base. -
