  1. I support a split of the fighting pool, mostly because more choices for unarmed melee pool powers help some concepts. I'd like a groin kick for second T2, with stun and chance for hold. And a PBAoE kick with unique animation as T3, perhaps like Chun-Li's "Spinning Bird Kick" in Street Fighter.
  2. Yes, during a brief period after implementing loading and saving costume files (Issue 12 or something), it was possible to load costumes with custom colors.
  3. If crafting fees is a pain, go for the Entrepreneur day job accolade. Then you get coupons for reduced crafting costs when logging out from stores (blue side), ferries (red side) and markets.
  4. I fully agree that allowing every color from #000000 to #FFFFFF would be great. Colors are stored such in costume files and cohdemo, rather than just enums of the valid ones. For development point of view, I think the most straight forward way would be to bypass the color validation check when importing costumes. I like to be able to pick rgb values from real life outfits and hairs etc. I don't see a problem with faux nudity from having costume pieces with same colors as skin as genitals aren't shown anyways.
  5. I'm not American, but would happily join any event to celebrate it, regardless if player-made or dev-made. Love to celebrate famous days, in-game or IRL.
  6. Yes, I remember, the good old days when debt mattered :) But do anyone have a good word for a middle ground between softcore and hardcore, that others might recognize? I've started to play with turning off XP gain temporarily and make injuried/shredded costume slot for my toons to wear during recovery time if they get defeated.
  7. I definitely support the options for making larger women, not everyone can be thin like me ;) I do however realize that such development is not realistic without a steady cashflow (as in a subscription model) and plenty of time.
  8. I remember the hardcore experience from good ol' Diablo II, but I doubt I'd play it in CoH. However, as defeat have negligible consequences in this game, I consider adding some sort of consequence if I get defeated: My first though was to put character out of commission for say one week (when he or she recovers from injuries), but that would interfere with team play if getting defeated in a mission. So a better option that would not affect team members nor my own social experience is to turn XP off for a week, and switch to a designated costume slot with bruises and shredded clothes. And only carry awakens when playing in teams :)
  9. I have an idea for power customization. Some melee attacks (like kick and rib cracker) should have a different animation choice with same execution time and similar animation, but with a lower goal/target. I love to fight dirty.
  10. Just a suggestion, make a toon for Rachel if you don't have it yet (or have a friend playing her). Cross references between toons makes it more interesting. I plan to make something similar, but in a business setting, in which a loyal and skilled but naive entrepreneur is taken advantage by a manipulative narcissist who "convince" and push him to work for free, and then he breaks free. By having both business partners male, I can put potential gender polarization out of the equation.
  11. I like the idea. Best way would be to make procs customable like other powers. Maybe chose among electric field, floating, "lost in his mind" and vomit etc.
  12. No, but I'd be fine with a stricter limit like a max of two (instead of three) up to 1300 logged in players (instead of 1500) and don't allowing MMs in multibox contexts. I rarely multibox, but it's a fun way to have a player created pet when needed for concept.
  13. I like the idea of a melee AT that can support and heal team. Matches well with some concepts I have for strong hand to hand fighters who utilizes their body mastery to support themselves and others.
