I completely forgot about this toon, I recall a couple of years back, during a time when I was distracted by some life lol, I apparently got her to level 32, and was just running some grind missions in AE and some PUGs, so this is the actual junky slotting she sits with right now. She is Savage Melee and Bio Armor. I must have had SOME kind of plan in mind? Massive DoTs all around maybe? Anyways, I will try to upload the Mid's file I threw together based on what she has in game. Thanks Meknomancer for the awesome info! I will spend some time and look over these builds. You're right, I was concerned about some of those mez protects that you only get at the end of a set. But, if you think it's better to not "min max" on power slotting so much, I'll bear that in mind. You make some good points and I'm gonna consider all of them. From what I am learning, for a sapper you need a Controller anyway. But stuns... hmmm. I suppose, yeah, if they are stunned, that's less attacking they can do, right? And, yeah... the Storm part is pretty crazy. It's fun. And Tornado is just sick. I been running around all day today dropping it on Family, Council, Freakshows, Banished Pantheons etc. Just need to find a shade to color Snow Storm so it doesn't, y'know, fill up my screen so much with effects inside those tiny little cave missions fighting the Lost lol. There might be a No Effects setting in the tailor... Anyways, thanks again! EDIT: I like that BOTS STORM build. I tweaked it just a couple places... I switched the order of Hasten and Super Speed, and then SS was in the final spot. But then I switched that for Pulse Rifle Burst, so at least I would have that -Regen if I ever needed it, I mean, it's right there in one of those attacks. And the other thing is, I thought, why not go ahead and throw the Karma KB protect IO into Weave? So I put that in, then saved it as "Deimora 2" lol. It's that good of a build, man. That's an epic build you came up with. I think it would just wreck house.

I'm just a casual player, and this is just a "pie in the sky" build, not in a big hurry to get there in just a week or anything lol. Just a "Influ is no object: type build lol 🙂 So please be kind hehe, I know it looks ridiculous with no travel powers (hey, I LIKE the Longbow Jetpack!) annnnnd, yeah, I didn't take any of the robotics personal attacks either, BUT, it's my ridiculous stupid toon. I imagined her being able to control electricity as if it's a living thing, and that's how she controls robots, AND storms, and then later Electricity Mastery, so the has the best of a few worlds, really. With Robots, she has great pets, With Storm Summoning she has some powers to make her almost like a controller, and even more pets, as well as a defense ability and debuffs (snow storm and hurricane), meanwhile the protector bots are bubbling and THEN she can leap right in there and sap them with Static Discharge and ESD. I dunno, just messing around with an idea really. Just thought I'd see what you all think. And yeah, a few days back I was *thinking* about making a Necro / Traps, but then changed my mind after people here in the forums, rightly, warned me off it. So I made this toon instead and I think she's pretty fun actually. I steamrolled to 27 in one night! I ended up making a Bots / Storm and literally steam rolled to 27 in one night lol.

Thanks for the replies everybody. Yeah, I thought it must be kind of weak if no one is playing it. But... a Necro / Time or Necro / Marine you say? If I'm just messing around PvE, which one of those would be the best choice? Marine has a teleport attack I think.. White Cap isn't it? Does it TP your pets with you, or do they still have to run over to the fight?

I got this idea the other day, and have been thinking of leveling this toon, I went ahead and made her, and she's up to lvl 17 or so. I'm just wondering... why no builds for this? I been searching for necro/traps stuff, and you never hear about this combo. Now, technically I guess, it seems interesting to me because, some of the pet's attacks will have -ToHit, (dark based attacks), now on TOP of that, you can have your Force Field Generator out (FFG). Now, what it seems like is that this would work together really well, or be "synergy" between the power sets. But... maybe I'm not thinking of some stuff lol. Maybe there are reasons why nobody is seemingly playing this combo? But I mean , people do talk up Necro from time to time, especially talking about taking down high hitpoint stuff like pylons. And also, traps is always being talked up... because it IS freaking awesome. I have an Elec / Traps controller... she's slow, but pretty much can't die unless she just... shows up to a mission high? And forgets some toggles lol? I dunno but, don't forget to debuff their accuracy, that's one of the things I like to TRY to do on this game. I mean, some toons can't, like Tankers... unless he's dark melee I guess. Anyway, I'm just kickin' ideas around, what do you Mastermind Maniacs think?

I haven't used it in a long time, but now I can not make it remove slots from a power once it's added. This is the latest update. I can not figure out how we are supposed to quickly and easily remove a slot if you accidentally add one. It means every time I screw up, I have to start the build completely over form scratch. This sucks, please just add a button on each power to remove the slots.

You have shown me there is always room to squeeze in a few extra points of this or that, and every little bit helps! it can be tricky to get these builds to open; what I have to do is already have MRB open, but with a fresh open build (I>E. Nothing), and THEN, go back to the forum post and click again, it should open on the 2nd or 3rd try as the poster intended. I know, it's weird. @_@

Just messing around on MRB, and came up with a possible Bots / Time, just for banging around in PvE, radio missions etc.. Was thinking Bots / Kin, but Kin always leaves me feeling nakey as I'm too used to constant toggles like Shadow Fall... BUT, Time doesn't feel so nakey. At least not to me. I suppose if it's decent enough, might even be team-worthy? I've always been a bit skittish about teaming on my MM's,; I was thinking other players might not like my pets (especially clonky bots) running all over the place... Yeah, Kallisti Wharf is the highest area I see, and when I go there, it says, "The Police scanner seems remarkable quiet." I guess there's no more radio missions after 40'ish ?

So... got a toon to lvl 42. I just wanna run radios / papers. But I can't find a zone that doesn't say "Events here seem beneath your notice." So, what do I do now?
