You will need a LOT less Emp merits if you run Heather Townsends arc ? In Ouro. Help me out with name and number game is down. Is it “Burdens of the Past”??? Once you complete it awards a random incarnate component. Good chances of rares and very rares. Takes 15-20 min once you memorize it.

I tend to be long winded. Would you believe it? Luckily for you folks my CoH is on a diff comp than i do almost everything else on. And I am just gonna type this on my phone…. 1st) inspired by CoH. A young guy starts working out while going to comm college and working as entry level security. Night guard and stuff. He starts taking enhancers and finally steroids to make gains. He also starts drinking heavily and taking painkillers. From there he slips inti the CoH underworld and starts buying street drugs. Dyne. Oxy. Then Excelsior. And any street drugs he could get, uppers downers all-arounders. Then he found a scientist who helped him “perfect” the Exelsior-SuperaDyne mix he was using. Only problem was it left him the walking dead. But damn was he big. Serious Rage issues though. SS Invul Brute. 2nd) and very simple. Street criminal who wales up as a vampire. No idea who turned him or why. Various ATS and powersets. Dark/Invul and Dark Dark Brute mostly. Some others. 3rd) same vampire some thousand years in the future. Long since forsaken all company and delved the last 700 years through magical libraries seeking power. Reduced, by the magics he perfected, to just a skull floating around his book filled hideaway. He comes to realize that the Menders in Paragon had shrouded and enclosed a section of the space time continuum. Where there was much knowledge to be had. He animates a suit of armor and binds it to himself as a body. Then he uses most of his power to travel back through time to Paragon. Where he will discover all that is hidden. Ice/Dark/Dark Corruptor and my current main.

Playing at range you will not need much hold resistance. My current main is a Ice/Dark Corr with NO hold resistance. I carry 2-5 medium breakfrees depending on TF and random arrangement in my tray. I hoard T3 breakfrees for crazy TFs with a lot going on. Sometimes i get held or slept for 5 seconds. No worries. The most annoying “mez” that hit my character over the last week (1-27 vet levels) was in a MoM where one of the tanks kept getting confused and then taunted ME. 4 times. Never happened in a mom before or anywhere else. Almost felt like griefing by the end. But holds are nothing if you plan for it. And. Stay. At. Range. Have fun, looks like a hoot.

I would email back they should check out yomo while that giveaway is active. If you are an SG member and want something i prob have it in my base. Or can kick you down inf. But a stranger? Blind emailing me? Heh. Nicht so gut.

What Is The First Thing You Are Going To Do In Issue 27 Page 7?

respec my ice/dark corr main for the ranged Spirit Drain from Dark. -
I have built Dark Invul on Brutes, Tanks, a Sentinel, but never a Scrapper. I would suggest using Hyperstrikes blank Invul template that allows you to insert your powerset. He has them laying around for each archetype. And honestly all my invul builds are ripoffs of Hyperstrike

yeah, i do it manually. finding files and directories if that is the correct memory
-
i am stuck at 21/25. I just ran a Ms Liberty TF and killed half those people. still 21/25. Pardon me if I disbelieve.

What villains count toward the 25 needed to open the safeguard contact?

Homecoming has made significant changes to the game. It is indeed about 3 issues worth. A LOT.

What happens to existing IO sets in altered powers?
Snarky replied to victusfate's topic in General Discussion
Usually not forced. Although i cannot remember if mis slotted thing go weird. My memory says they work. Then on next redpec it will not go back in. -
just did the oldchool LRSF on a pug i joined through ouro. The team was great, the Tank was able to pull the heroes, and it was surprisingly easy! Worthy Opponent badge fell in my lap

I pivoted to an Ice Dark Corr which is now my main. It is good solo, but not a speed killing machine. You get three ST Holds. A full ST hold attack chain. You have good ST damage. You are pretty safe, play almost all from range. Most of the AoE is DoT rains. Which work great with Tar Patch and Corr Scourge, but ate not BOOM you gone powers. On a team you are so golden. Big debuffs with Fear -tohit slows holds -dam -res and solid Corr damage. And a great heal that YOU are always healed by pbaoe. Not for everyone but it fits me well and all the powers synergize.

What should be the rules of a hardcore solo self found challenge?
Snarky replied to Darknat's topic in General Discussion
Thank you, but let us not oversell the Snarky. (especially to someone who already scratched the gold electroplate off the steel!) I, once or twice a year, do completionist attempts. Which go well if I do Red, and have had decidedly mixed results on Blue and Red/Blue/Gold. These are set at +0/x1 and are not near the stress and difficulty of each mission being a possible end of the run. I have seen some SG mates take on a similar challenge, allowed to team together, one death and out. It was a meat grinder they ran for two? months. Everytime someone died they rerolled and joined back in. At it every night. No idea how far the most successful got. Finally, I am sorry that you were offended. Careful reading will reveal I am not apologizing for what I said. I am who I am. In my view I pointed out basic facts, in a Snarky way. I may be wrong. You may take the first toon and frog march to 50. A 50 of almost any AT/Powerset can handle +4. My old Brutes could handle +4 (on a team) by about late 20s early 30s. I see the issue as low level. Although any fight at high level could end the run, I see huge roadblocks at 1-30 running at +4. If my saying something about it offends you. Finally, I would like you to meet my heroes.... -
I had never heard of it before. I dux hear a song about giving away free nelson mandelas… whatever that means

Have fun. I do not care if you do this or tattoo your whole body. Do what makes you happy. Me pointing out that you WILL die, repeatedly, almost always before 20 (and that is being generous in my opinion) is not negativity. I am positive that is hitting the LZ hard.
