So, joined Oklahoman on a two run through Magi where the league was textbook. Every badge except Really Hard Way and made it look like a cakewalk. Immediately after there was an ad for a TV2 respec. I needed the badge. It went okay, not great. Until... we got to the reactor room. I have rarely seen this thing fail. I cannot remember the last time. I felt like I was fighting the whole room solo (a Blaster) with occasional glimpses of people i think were my teammates being chased by hordes of Freakshow blowing past. An unmitigated disaster, and the reactor inevitably fell...

Glad you like Brutes This is the “entire Brute nerf” in one sock The perspective from a former Brute ( now mostly Blaster/some Corr) player; “Some whiny Scrapper players showed formulas that indicated on edge cases with certain powersets Brutes could do more damage than Scrappers. The Devs rewrote Fury so it was easy to get and impossible to peg the bar to the top” Brutes used to have to use tricks to build and MAINTAIN Fury. Constantly fighting and agroing mobs. It was glorious. Now….yawn. To add insult to injury now Tanks out damage Brutes. Tanks and Scrappers both got great ATOs and one of the Brute ATOs is only useful if you are do bad a player you keep crayons next to your game so you have something to eat.

The old “Master of” is no deaths no temps. Although with new incarnate trials you get master by collecting 4-6 badges. Does not have to be all in one run. But the no deaths still apply to getting things like Master Lord Recluse Strike Force. And it can be tough.

I made the same mistake in my head. But it is a LRSF…. So the tanking will be multiple AVs with many different attack types. I have tanked Lord Recluse on a master MLTF twice on my dark brute. Not sure how he would fare against ALL the hate allatime. He is built for one on one, resistance armors are just better for that (his energy resistance is a little over 60 stone cold and he has tricks.) so tanking one mean Energy AV is one thing…. The entire pissed off freedom fuc… phalanx?? And i was checking, the meat shield we had was not impressive. There are players out there who can do it on a SO willpower brute maybe. I seriously doubt they were in this pug

I love the Fire Fire and it is THE hammer. I play it in about 2 sessions a week. I love DPS but i enjoy more tactical play. My current main is an AR Device Blaster built for range and dps. I can destroy a lot of stuff as it tries to close the distance. If i can back up, even a little, the mobs group tighter into my cones.

so, and i quit (surprise!) after the third load in and reform, in 7 minutes.... LFG, MoMC. I need badge. Got the 8th spot. We load in. Not Master. Reform. We load in. No Tanks/Brutes or even Scrappers. No instructions. 4 people stealth to the end. I am like, okay. I got a 95% survival rate on my Blaster for that. I follow. I smoke 'nade and grab the glowie on the way. And a squishy died. laments. Have not been in 2 min. Meanwhile there are all this talk about everyone needing to load into the last mission together, without attacking, and we all get a purple. fine, someone is wrong. The scary part was no one else seemed to know. I told them the deal. The discussion continued. I stayed silent. We loasdf in a 3rd time. Not set to Master. Leader DCs. I just went to my base. You do not need to stand on the tracks to prove a train is coming.

had to do a triple take lol. but that answers my question at least, i want the grav/nrg dom because i want both those sets.

I would like to nominate myself. But I cannot. It would not be right. There needs to be a statue of Snarky in at least 5 zones. Also, Snarky needs to be a contact in Dark Astoria offering a 35-50 TF, with reg, Master, 1, 2, and 4 star alternate badges/special rewards. Oh, and the statues need to be in special buildings, parthenon like so always covered from the sun.

devices. smoke grenade works miracles, caltrops is useful, targeting drone gives you an auto buildup if out of combat 3 secs and gun drone tanks for you...

you did get it on my new 50 in one run. thanks! although it looked iffy to me all the way down to the wire
