Cone heals do not auto-face targets like cone attacks do.  I tend to struggle when trying to face and heal a pet when it is low health.  I also struggle with finding and facing team members.  I tried several single line /bind commands but I never could quite get them to work where it would  /face and then /heal.   No matter what I tried with just one command it would /heal and then /face, or it would double queue the /heal.    I did get it to work with 2 bind files.  Just plop the bind files in your "live" directory with all of your bind files and then type   /bindloadfile coneheal.txt  It does replace your "H" key bind, so you will have to rely on ctrl+h or to open the help console, or you can map it to another key.  It does not auto target pets or low health people.  You still have to click your heal target, but you don't have to worry about facing them anymore.

     

    Pressing the H key down makes you face your heal target,  releasing the key activates Regrowth.

    This won't help you make WOP perma.  but you can use this to make hasten and WOP auto fire.  I use this trick on several of my toons for various skills + hasten.  It works beautifully

I am not a kin/bots player.  I did make some changes, to some slotting on your build.   I didn't redo any power picks because people usually have reasons for their picks and it reflects their plan of actions and how they want to play.     I did however remove some slots from powers where you had over-slotted for accuracy.   If you go in to the Options on Mids, and on the "Exemping & Base Values" and enter 39 into the "Base ToHit" box, then your accuracy on skills will reflect properly for fighting +4 mobs.  --    This build will leave you with 4 open slots, that you can put anywhere you want.  I changed the transfusion slotting to use Touch of the Nictus, that complete set basically does what you had slotted but with additional bonuses.   the thing that I would worry about is the accuracy on the pets. I'm not sure that its up high enough.  But then I am not sure what pet accuracy should actually be at to hit +4's.   I am a firm believer that pets need Accuracy especially the T1 and T2 pets as they are lower level.  Mathematically, i just don't know what the correct percentage is for T1,T2 and T3 pets.  I wish I did know.      Since your Kin,  I would suggest picking up an attack.  🙂  maybe drop Siphon Power and pick up the AOE attack 🙂  or 2 🙂  Its just two juicy with Damage Cap.

  4. I have a build for my relaxation Beam/SR toon.  It is a character that I will probably play when I'm on my wife's laptop that doesn't have a graphics card.  I wanted something easy where I can just hover blast.  The two things I wanted was to finally have build where I took Dominate.  My other goal was to have the Nuke hit as hard as it could.   I think mathematically, I have the nuke hitting its hardest with 3 procs and just having it at 66.25 damage enhancement.  If I did the numbers correctly, then dropping a proc and adding a damage IO will actually result in lower damage.  But I could be wrong.  

     

    I would just like someone to look this over and tell me what I could redo.  I know its complete mess.    I had some other attacks procc'd out.  But I got tired of trying to figure out rotations and what to proc and what not to proc and how much.  After my brain melted I just went with procing out the Nuke and Dominate and trying to get enough accuracy.   I really struggled to get Dominate up to having a high enough accuracy to be usable.

     

    The Build does have 61.46 Incarnate capped Ranged Defense.   So please let me know your thoughts and what I can change.  What did I miss? Did I forget something bad?  What would you do?  Heck, I even thought bout dropping the melee defense skill to see if I could pick up something else that would be more useful, but then I figured that I would lose some DDR.

  6. this may be out of scope for what you are asking, but if you want a "blasting" set like a sentinel/corruptor/blaster/defender, and you want a "pure" ranged blaster then you need to pay attention to the tier 9 nuke.

    A good option is Plant Controller,   also @DreadShinobi has a Kinetics/Rad defender build that is just ungodly cool to play.  But Kin and Radiation are both generally, sets that like to be up close to melee range.

  7. Making macro buttons can be hard.  So to truly simplify it, here is command that will make a macro button for you that will create an Auction House macro button.  Yes it actually works.

I was looking at City of Data 2, and it looks like Refractor Beam is just a normal AOE and not an actual chain attack.  Unless I'm missing something, I don't see any reference to "chain" or some "pet power" any where on the page.   For example the electrical affinity, and electric control chain abilities all have some reference to "chain" or a pseudo pet that has a power.

  10. I've put a few more miles on the character and I've made some adjustments.

    1.  I dropped Victory Rush and picked up the Ice Epic pool AOE immobilize.   Victory Rush was nice in groups with newbies, and I enjoyed it but I stopped feeling like it was giving me enough bang for my buck.   The immobilize is nice, it helps to keep the mobs in the Rains.  +1

    2.  I moved a slot around,  to pick up another +accuracy bonus.  That way my 3 attacks are all 95% with tactics running against +4's.

    3. I moved the Apocalypse proc from BiB to Chilling Ray so that it would have a higher percentage chance to proc.  I added a damage/slow to BiB to bump up it's base damage a tad bit more.   That puts BiB at 92.4% damage, if you +5 the damage/slow then it gets up to 95%.

    4. I changed the power transfer endmod to a power transfer heal proc in enduring.

  11. Nature is really strong.   I have a nat/ice build that I like a lot.   I'm not at my pc atm, or I'd post it.  I'll post it later.  It has proc's and pretty good recharge for the big 3 buffs.   Getting stunned and cc'd is it's weakness.  but that can be remedies with p2w power or clarion.    What's nice about ice is the stacking 2 holds to add onto Nature's entangling aura.  

     

    I'm at the PC now.   Here is the build i have.  I'm sure it can be tweaked a bit.  I don't know mathematically for damage and accuracy if i should put another proc into the two ice holds or not.

  13. I did a respec the other day to test some things out.  I dropped my travel power and went to just using the P2W Flying Carpet.  That enabled me to make a few tweaks and also fit in Pistols with 3 slots.   I just use Pistols when I want to use Offensive Opportunity.   If one wanted to you could swap the levels and slotting for Pistols and Dual Wield and it would work fine I think.

  14. I also, have a Rad/SR build that I've tested on beta server,  Its basically the same as this and my DP build.   I haven't posted it yet because I haven't built it on a live server, and I can't decide if I like having the Nuke and the two aoe's or just 1 aoe and if so the ranged aoe or pbaoe one.  I like the ranged animation, but the pbaoe hits harder iirc, but I could be mistaken.  But that will be for another thread, if I ever build it on live and put some miles on the road with it.
