Is there a way to get the going rogue launcher when starting the game?

I know -cov gets the villains launcher but what about the praetorian one?

Launch Tequila, select 'Options'.

In Launch parameters enter:   -uiskin 2

Ooh!  Are there any other skin options?  I did a search and came up with nothing.

 

I can't remember if we ever had anything besides those 3, frankly.
