Settings save

When are they "resetting"? What is changing?

Some settings are stored in the files while others in the registry. It never does seem to back them All up in a single save for the general game settings either.

Additionally, if you're never able to keep settings, then you've probably not installed it in a safe spot. It is best to install the game to something like C:\Games\COH. Not something like your Downloads, Documents, or Desktop folders as Windows has some funky permissions issues with them because they're all inside the C:\Users\UserName folder. Checkout the install guide for good examples and visuals.

The Video and Sound settings (everything in the "Apply Now" Graphics Tab) are only saved to the registry. They should save when you hit "Apply Now", I've directly observed this on my PC when an open copy of Regedit updates after hitting the "Apply Now" button.

As for why the OP is having an issue, no idea.

1. I already figured out how to do it

2. From support team (of this site) i get the answer (after figuring)

3. Your answers are very pointless, to my problem, and you completely don't get what i meant

4. I didn't mean that your answers are pointless, i meant that there are not for my problem (which was primitive, and happened, mostly just because of bad design choice)
