Never mind guys, I snuck away to the Beta server and saw the popmenu lets one select from a few levels.  Now I just have to see if I can fine-tune that if I select a different value.

The command is /levelupxp (which the popmenu uses). You just pass it the level you want to be, like /levelupxp 33 to become level 33, for example.
