All Plant Troller (and Dom) Team

Tuesday was a real blast.  We did Terra Volta Trial Respecs 1 and 2.  Got a little frantic at one point but over all we rocked it.  So bonus merits, new badges and a new experience.  It was a good time, a full team of planters was there.  

 

 

Tonight is our alt-alt group.  Just a small experiment and a change of pace.  I think there is some excitement to the non troll AT team, but I think I'll miss having all that control.  We shall see and fun will be had either way.

Thursday night team was fun, we had to break into two teams from the response.  Everyone seemed to enjoy it, but sure missed the control.  Posi 1 and 2 were done, but some had to leave before the posi 2 so we will probably run it again for them.  See you next week.

This past planters week has been all over the place.  Tuesday we didn't run any TFs, we had some intro incarnate Ouro missions, followed by the first contact in DA.

 

Thursday we had 6 planters and two randos in doing Posi 1 &2.  and wow was part 2 a chaotic mess, had a few more randoms that really like to aggro everything in a room.  But we survived.  

 

We still weren't done, we switched up and and ran a Summer Block Buster.  

 

 

 

 

But we  weren't quite done yet so we ran some Maria Jenkins missions, which I finally hit 50 with my Creeping Arrow alt, suppose he can't run in the leveling group now.

So we had a slugfest of a Tuesday night, we had 6 planters that decided it was time to do a Dr. Q TF.  Well 3 hours later we finished.  Long one it was.  Good times, not too hard really, just long.  Tonight, Thursday, we will be doing some light hearted Trick or Treating, nothing too involved, just some costume collecting.  Bring who you want lower or higher level.

So this week the Planters of Parks and Wrecks took the Synapse TF on both Tuesday and Thursday.  Both days were grand that is for sure.  We rocked it, the first night was a bit of a mix of 50s and lower because who doesn't want to get a toon into this nearly 2 hours slugfest?  Tues was just a little faster than Thursday, but we had 8 on Tuesday and 7 on Thursday.  

 

 

So what is next week my friends????  Well it would seem that I have decided that Tuesday is Main Plants, I want some straight up badassing of the ITF.  We may even try for Master of ITF,  No deaths and no Temps.  

 

Thursday, is up in the air.

Well we had a good two night run on ITF.  Sadly the pictures I took were on a different computer so I can't post them.  RIP.  

 

This upcoming week we will be doing a little something different we haven't done for 9 months at least, a little trip to the RED side for some patron arcs.  Seems we've got some plants that need it, so do that we shall.  Thursday shall be the YIN TF.  If there is time somewhere we might just toss in Fathead the UnKind TF.

Recluse Pwned

Well, we did it, Ms. Liberty all plant troll/dom and gave a great smack down to Lord Recluse.  We made our return to spider land and it was glorious.  

 

First we followed that crazy doctor to the future, and smashed those lazy punks. 

 

Then we ventured into the heart of darkness with the CoT and did vine vs vine with an evil tree, and took it's heart

 Then we went on into the home turf of that nutty Doctor and gave him some more licks, and whooped his crew.

 

 

And finally into Grandville, took on 4 AVs at once, then the flier.  And onto the big man himself, he started picking us off at first but we brought out the big guns and just mobbed up those towers and then dropped him as the flier started to make it's rounds once again.  We won huge, and it felt good.  The power of the Plants of Parks and Wrecks!!!!!

We've hit a lot since I last updated our plant fun time.  Wrecking it all the way.  

 

Eden trial was a lucky cake walk for us.  

 

Then we found out Christmas trees were being planted in AP

The Alt Alt group did Hess tf on Thursday.  

Tonight we did Lady Grey,  had a fellow plant from our chat channel join us tonight.  It was good and we planted him right into the SG.  

 

Anyway Plants Wrecked it all, and much more to come.  Leveling group is going to do Hess again on Thursday since it's the WTF.

So the plants have been rolling, I just haven't been posting sorry.  We've pretty much hit every tf most weeks.  Here are the shots of us kicking ass this week at least with a Kahn and a celebratory ITF with me hitting 50 with a 3rd planter.  It was great.  

 

 

Next Tuesday we are going to be hitting the respect arcs that we missed and what might be needed.  Hope to see you there.

So some lack of updating, but we've still been rolling.  Just prior to Christmas we did some TV Respect Trials and they went wonderfully.  I think some people did meet up on Christmas Eve and had some fun, but I was not one.  The last week of the year we did something different, we grabbed our Mains (not plant mains) and did a Ms. Liberty TF.  It was quick and just a plain old good time and went smoothly.  

 

So the first week of the new year, we decided to be daring and try out Tin Mage.  Well it didn't go well, granted we started with only 7 and not all were fully unlocked for everything.  I was just Alpha unlocked.  So we didn't beat Battle Maiden, and all died horribly.  Debt and learn I always say.  So we did some Maria Jenkins to heal ourselves and beat the snot out of her there.  It was good, really good. 

 

Thursday Lowbies, we ran our Alts, which was just straight plain Brix radio missions and it was just wonderful, everyone had a good time, just relaxing and mindless.  It's good to just do that once in a while and we should do it more I think, less pressure that way.

Last night we had 8 brave planters that went straight for Sara Moore's TF.  Took us a few minutes over an hour and half to finish it, and we had a pretty good time doing it, almost like a couple of pros.  Heh.  So about half way through it, I realized I had actually done this before, but always nice to be surprised right??  

 

 

The leveling group is going to be hitting Synapse on Thursday.

The plants of Parks and Wrecks just keep plugging away, this past two weeks we did "Fatman" the Kind TF and Ms. Liberty as well as some VDay missions and other fun times.  We are a pretty amazing group when we combine that beautiful plant power.

We've still been kicking ass.  We did try Woodsman TF but something went horribly wrong and we couldn't finish it, we had him at 10% then we got blindsided and we never recovered from it.  

 

Next time after that monstrosity we went for Hess TF followed by  Moonfire.  We kicked ass as normal, just needed that win after Woodsman. 

 

We ended up pulling off an old school Sister Psyche on Thursday.  It was long, but boy was it fun.  We hammered it.

This week we hit up Market Crash which we ended up doing two runs after some switching.  7 of us for the first one, lost 2 for the second so picked up some randoms.  It was still good.  We did get the Valet badge on the first run.  Love that control.

Hey VV would be great to see you again.  This coming week we did talk about going dirty and transferring to villains and trying out Barracuda, but we could always do Dr. Kahn.  I have yet to see a build of yours that isn't thrashing things.

This past week the plants ran some fun times with Numi and Katie Hannon with an extra ITF for good times.  This coming week we will be hitting up Reichsman just might be with heroes or villains.  To be determined.

The plants have been busy we took on a villainy TF to defeat the Barracuda TF...wow was it a challenge.  Lots of temp powers were used up that night.   

 

So Thursday we hit up Posi 1 and 2 on whim and it was fun, need  to recruit some special guest heroes to help out, but still fun.  

 

Tuesday 3/23 we did the higher level respect TF.  and of course we won.  

 

Thursday Leveling Toons we did an Arc in First Ward, then hit up a yin.  all was good.  We are near

for toons but often need 1 player or two.  please consider joining us.

I cannot lie, we've been a busy bunch of plants.  I'm trying to remember what we were even doing in the screen shots.  Highlights Admiral Sutter

We did do a Dr. Q tf, on 4/6 the double merit reward was too much to ignore, but it was long, over 2 hours and I only took one screen shot and it's pretty much worthless. 

 

A major highlight, we pulled off a 6 plant Master of ITF on 4/8

 

Tues 4/13 we had some plants that still needed Synapse TF another 6 plant slosh, which of course we still had a lot of fun doing it.  

 

Up coming plans, Thursday will be leveling toons, PI missions/Tips something laid back.  As for next Tuesday April 20th we will be doing an all melee ITF.  We are just going to branch out so won't be exclusive plant toons but we might have some.  

 

Plant Trolls are just the best.  I did end up rolling a new one Plant/Ice can't wait to see how he levels up.

Last night was a sweet slugfest for the ITF.  We had 7 planters show up with melee toons 2 scrappers, 3 tanks, and 2 brutes.  We did have to have a little fun in a fire farm to get one toon up to 35 which the whole sg dove right into helping.  We've got a great sg.  Sure did miss the control that we normally have but it was a nice change of pace, the Master Of, didn't last pas the second mission, had a total of 15 deaths.
