DougGraves
Electric Control drains END, but since it lacks an electric secondary only kinetics with -END in Transfusion has any synergy. But most secondaries have a power with -Regen. Poison has Envenom, Rad has Lingering Radiation, etc. Those powers should get a -END Recovery as well. It fits thematically and would have basically no effect if it is not paired with an electric powerset. This should be done for defender and corruptor primaries, controller secondaries, etc.
MetaVileTerror
Or, if we're feeling bold, also create an Electrical Support set. Something like Thermal Radiation, but without the Heals, and instead focus on +Regen and +Recovery buffs for allies. And while we're on the subject of -Endurance . . . could we see about making it more effective in-game? Enemies have too many low-Endurance Cost attacks that essentially invalidates the benefit of draining them of all their Endurance in the first place. It needs a duration that allows for two -end powers to stack before the -recovery wears off. It works very well in the dom/controller primary. It could easily be ported to a support set across power with multiple small dual affects like the +regen and +recovery. ________________ Freedom toons: Illuminata Phoebros Mim Ogrebane
Bossk_Hogg
I would give all elec attacks/controls a 6% stacking recovery and recharge buff (max 5 stacks). When you hit 5 stacks, the next elec power drains vastly more endurance and consumes all stacks. This lets the secondary actually help on fights where you don't drain mobs to 0 endurance, and helps sets actually fully drain endurance without other options (like power sink, transfusion, etc). Buff Tesla Cage's damage like they did for Sentinels and give Voltaic Sentry a faster move speed and a second attack and Elec blast is now brought up to par. The numbers might have to be a bit low because WOW that set does everything you could want for a buff set! Mixing resist and defense is a cool concept, and helps prevent it from being lower value depending on team comp/IO's the way that force fields currently is. I'd have to re-roll the Slyph for it. Some shields, buffs, an aoe heal with +rec wouldnt be totally crazy..since elec mastery for sentys gets a heal. ALso totally agree about enemies cheating and attacking with no end.
