Isolator Badge

I have encountered a poor turn of events.  I missed my opportunity to collect the Isolator Badge from both the tutorial and Ouroboros missions.  Is there another way to obtain this badge?  When else can I find the Contaminated villains?

You can just repeat the Ouroboros story arc by doing the 'Ouroboros Initiation' arc in the level 50 bracket when clicking the aspect of the pillar.

There is also a single contaminated that spawns in the train station in Recluse's Victory.

Yeah they still have that, but that is the pre Ouroborus method. Just repeat the ouro arc.

Atlas Park sometimes spawns a single contaminated between the warwall and the warehouse in the southwest corner. I've run across that one about half the time I pass through there.
