Level 50 recipes mysteriously missing from crafting station

Level 50 recipes no longer appear available for purchase, at least at a SG crafting station,  The salvage for them is present, but the recipe cannot be bought from the table as usual.  Have not checked on other characters.

 

The character in the image is level 47 and can equip level 50 enhancements, but the crafting table stops at 45.

It may have another cause, because I have no problem seeing level-50 recipes (screenshot taken just now):

That looks like it’s in your inventory, Hera. Click the Workbench tab.

That is from the workbench, as it said.  Were it in inventory, it would have a little blue 1 by it if the recipe was actually there.

You may not have it set to see unowned recipes.

You probably have 'hide unowned recipes' selected -- if you notice, there are no Accuracy recipes in the visible list, either.
