My main: Ninja/Dark. Doesn't even happen to me zoning either. Not going to/from Kallisti Wharf for instance or when entering or exiting missions.

 

Edit: Are you sure you aren't just hitting a lag spike from server traffic?

No it does it every single time.

No. Not even once.

 

Edit: The video looks to me like lag. That's me though. And I have not had that happen with any of my MMs. (Edit again: Neither did my friend's MM while were teaming. So we had two MMs running around at the same time doing the same content and not once did that happen to either of us.)

That's an enormous amount of lag if that's the case.  They just happen to reload every power up with their corresponding outfits?

I see it on Thugs all of the time, since live.  It's resulted in quite a few character defeats over the years, due to ambushes at the door and unresponsive henchmen who need to load in three times.

I didn't notice any changes in their visuals. Just where each minion appeared.

Yeah I've never seen it NOT do this.

 

If Rudra is correct then it must be nice living right next to the servers.  If this is correct then I was hoping there could be a better way of loading it because it shows that the code is resummoning them all individually with each powerup.

I watched the Thugs. And I could only see differences on the big guy. (I don't have a Thugs MM, so not sure what their upgrades look like.) And the big guy went through two visuals each time he appeared. Which tells me his upgrades are being applied without his having to be respawned. So I have absolutely no clue what is going on with you. (And @Lunar Ronin.)

Tested some others-  

  

 

Beasts instead instantly cast their buffs all over again regardless of how long it has been.

Bots retrain on the spot.

Necro does the door thing like Ninjas and Thugs do.

Haven't watched your new video, but in the previous video, for ninjas, I watch their stance and masks. And in that video, they were appearing every time already in ninja stance wearing their masks. So they were appearing every time already fully upgraded.

Yeah it was like this way before the shutdown.  I hope that is something that could be looked at.  It feels like a hamfisted way of retaining the pet retraining buffs when zoning.  Perhaps there is a more elegant way of addressing it with decent code.

 

As stated, this CAN impact player performance.

 

It reminds me how players would double bubble themselves when zoning, stacking protection because of these kinds of issues.
