Archery/TA build help

Does anyone have a decent build for Archer/Trick Arrow build worth playing  with survivable res/def? I have been playing with builds with all powers from both sets, CJ, SJ Stealth, hasten if possible and most likely conserve power and temp invuln. I know it's probably impossible to do without the fighting pool, but I would like to see if it's even able to be attempted. Price is no object and creativity is welcomed. I know this will be a challenge, the best I can do so far is about 16% S & L and around 40% for fire on Defense. For resist I can't seem to break the mid 40%'s. Any help or slotting/builds would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Will you mostly team or solo? If soloing you might be happier with a defender as their modifiers are all higher and they will do more dmg due to more -res in their trick powrs and the extra 30% damage on the vigilance buff. You'd lose scourge, but I think it'd be worth it.

I tried to go dark mastery first, but I just couldn't get the melee and ranged defense up enough to warrant it while maintaining good power selection and recharge. So, I went scorpion shield instead and the s/l/e route. You also have aid self and field medic to help with survivability. Honestly, I think field medic should just be auto, as it already requires a 3 power investment, but I digress. This is without an Alpha so you can choose whichever you like.

This was the best I could come up with. I'm not to experienced with proc builds so went with straight survivability and damage output. I know clouded senses proc will aggro but wanted the range defense and at high levels its livable for me.
