Soulbent Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 Either dual pistols nuke is broken and is unable to scourge or combat and display is and doesn't display the numbers as no matter how many times I have used it, it never shows and scourge damage or even that scourge has proced. Just curious, are you looking for the info in the combat logs or are you looking for the SCOURGE above their heads, or both? Redlynne Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 According to City of Data, the ability to Scourge IS baked into the power ... however the eligibility to Scourge is checked BEFORE damage is done, not WHILE damage is being done, because the City of Heroes game engine works on a basis of Resolve First, Animate After. So if you use Hail of Bullets while your $Targets are "above the Scourge line" in HP remaining, then NONE of them will be subject to Scourge while Hail of Bullets is damaging them. In this respect, if you want to Scourge with Hail of Bullets, you want to be using Hail of Bullets as a "mop up finisher" rather than an opening alpha attack (when everything you're damaging is at full Health).
