You can boost the Endurance Modification part of the enhancement but not the Run Speed. There are a few Uniques that enhance a normal stat as well as a unique stat. These can be boosted. Steadfast Protection: Resistance/Defense is another one. Also, all the "purple" enhancements are classified as Unique and can be boosted. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
