Questions on drops at level 50

So once you hit 50 you unlock incarnate drops, and it looks like stuff like Enhancement Catalysts can start to drop.  Will those drops continue if you exemp down to lower levels?

 

Basically is there anything that stops dropping when exemplared down?

I got a catalyst drop on a moonfire last night, and incarnate shards/threads. So I'd imagine purples would be the only thing that wouldn't drop exemped.

So purple recipes only drop when fighting lvl 50+ content?

Unless they've changed to let them drop at lower levels. Iirc they could drop from enemies starting at 47 but y'know, 7 years away.

Yeah that's why I was asking.  So much has changed, but im glad to know at least Catalysts and incarnate mats will drop even if i'm exempleraing down to help friends.

I got my first purple off of a lvl 47 while farming the other day so yes, they do still drop just at a lower rate on lvl 47s.

Catalyst will drop, but only 1 per day
