Preface: Fellow Blaster Brethren, Renown Blasting Royalty and Distinguished Blaster Forum Lurkers; I enter your dojo of destruction with only a humble desire to learn in my  wicked & withered Dominating heart. You'll forgive me for attempting to bastardize your AT for my own miserable ends. You see, I yearn to attempt to first control my prey prior to annihilating them. My desire to dominate is too deeply ingrained.

I am fully cognizant that this will impede my damage, kill speed, potential to aid myself and teams. In, this one instance I must confess that I don't care. In this selfish pursuit; I'm willing to sacrifice reason, influence and production. Rather than point out these known flaws, please assist me in making the build more Dominating, more controlling...

If you're looking for sheer lockdown at endgame, you should consider Bonfire w/ KB>KD proc in the Flame Mastery set.  It's a pretty guaranteed lockdown on a full spawn and can be made perma.  

 

Otherwise, I fear your lack of hard AoE control is going to be your undoing.  If you're not married to the primary and secondary, I built a great Blastroller out of a Sonic/Energy Blaster, using Siren's Song to sleep whole spawns, and then pick them apart one by one using stacking stuns from Total Focus, Bonesmasher, Stun and Screech.

I'll second using the Flame Mastery APP for control.  Char is a great, fast recharge, long range, high damage single target hold.  And Bonfire w/KB->KD is great control.

 

I've got an AR/Plant/Fire that feels very blastroller-y.  I'd consider /Plant over /Atomic.  The AoE hold is ranged, it's got the same solid single target hold (not that you need 4 with Ice) and the mandatory Immobilize is Magnitude 4 for some reason.

Do you use Negatron Slam, or is it just there to get the kinetic combat set in? I'm presuming you use it but if not you could consider slotting out boxing to get the set bonus which would give you another power pick.

I have an Ice/Plants as my blastroller.  Good combination of holds and debuffs.  My main Hami raider.

I started leveling a Dark/Atomic blaster alt & I'm liking it with a kb to kd io in torrent 

1 ST immob

1 AOE Immob 

2 ST holds

Eventually I get an AOE hold too
