Costumes - Earn in Game?

Old player who is super happy to be back in Paragon. I was there in the "open beta" and when the servers when down. But I missed a lot near then end and am not up to date with the newer issues and some of the changes.

 

It's great that you have multiple costumes unlocked a low levels. But I'm curious about the extra costume slots labelled "earn in game". How does one do that exactly? Is it a mission? Event?

You can earn three costume slots by completing a mission for the head tailors at the following Icon locations:

 

Level 20 - Serge (Steel Canyon Icon) - Defeat 30 Tsoo

Level 30 - Lauren (Independence Port) - Defeat 30 Crey

Level 40 - Carson (Founder's Falls) - Defeat 30 Nemesis 

 

You can also earn a costume slot by turning in Halloween Salvage to a NPC named Annah near the Croatoa monorail station.

for the last one, you can also switch alignments and do facemaker missions which work exactly the same way as Icon missions.

And note that the costume slots are not tied to specific unlocks. You could unlock the extra 4 slots by doing the red and blue L20 and L30 missions. 
 

3 red unlock missions, 3 blue unlock missions, and the one Halloween salvage unlock, which you can do as red, blue, or gold.
