Weird Whirling Hands numbers

level 35 character.. this doesn't seem right for whirlwind whirling hands.

Whirlwind?  Isn't that Whirling Hands?  That's the Dominator version, right?

I believe the display is erroneously calculating the bonus Damage from the mechanic that was introduced a while ago.

When you actually hit a target, what does the combat log state as the damage inflicted?

Yeah, it's calculating the damage alongside the Energy Release mechanic.  Power Burst also has this quirk.

 

As does EVERY Corrupter attack, since it also factors Scourge into the average damage.
