Possible reasons that it didn't start: Anti-Virus blocking the download. (AVs with "real time monitoring" usually notify if this happens when you try it.) Browser already got the file (check your Downloads folder). Network filtering is in effect. (Don't download this at school or work.) Homecoming: City of Heroes -- Want to play?
